Jacob was friendly and very professional. He did an excellent job and we were very happy with job he did. The price was higher than I would have hoped but we were overall very happy.

I am so thrilled with the service provided by the Technician--Paul-and the Roto Rooter Company. I woke up to a plumbing disaster/emergency of a flooded.bathroom upstairs and water pouring down ceiling into the downstairs ceiling etc etc Roto Rooter sent Paul out very very promptly and the entire broken pipe etc was fixed by Paul super super fast andcompleted professionally. I felt liken Paul was a guardian angel and I'm so grateful for his service and Roto Rooter...thank you!! Will always be using them in the future and would highly recommend the company esp for plumbing emergencies!!

I had a toilet I replaced in my half-bath but noticed it did not set right and caused a leak. Plumber showed up on time and very courteous. Issue was new toilet was lower to the ground. Used my microwave to heat-up the wax rings and in 5 minutes job was done. But I was allowed to use the online coupon so final cost just $80.

Overall, they came when needed, fixed the problem, and were professional. They provided a six month warranty that the problem would not recur.

I called that morning, the person on the phone was very nice and courteous. I was told someone would be out between noon and 4pm and would call when on their way. At 3:40 I had not heard from anyone, so I called back to the office at which point they apologized for the delay and sent someone directly. He arrived about 20 minutes later. The technician was very nice and helpful. He did the job, cleaned up and everything is good now!! The B for punctuality is because I had to call back. The B for price is simply because the price was a little higher than I thought it would be - however it did match the quote he gave before he started the work.

It went very well. He was on time and very professional and did a great job.

?Josh and Roto-Rooter did a great job at my home. I had a clogged kitchen sink, and They arrived when they said they would, got the job done efficiently, and cleaned up their mess. I would highly recommend them.?

We are very pleased with the work that was completed. Josh came out and snaked our pipes, but then saw that there was an issue with something that our inspector has missed. Josh was very honest and he was very reasonable priced. He did not have the necessary part on his truck, but scheduled to come back first thing the following day. He came back and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes.

I called Roto-Rooter when my sewage pump failed to work. They sent Mike who is one of their plumber which has done work for me before and was very thorough checking it out. He arrived on time and said I needed a new pump. He gave me an estimate on a new heavy duty pump with installation. Mike said he would have to pick up the new pump from the warehouse and would install it the next morning at 9 am. He arrived on time and began to remove the old pump and install the new one. It took him about 2 hours to finish. He did an excellent job and left the area clean. He also gave me the Angie's list discount and an additional discount for being a returning customer. I was very happy with the repair and Roto-Rooter of Louisville, Ky. I will use them again.

Called to ask for a price to unclog a slow drain in an upstairs guest bathroom sink as I had company arriving that night who would be using it. They wouldn't give a price over the phone and said they had to come and look first. I'm in sales and that is an old sales closing trick because once they arrive you will most likely accept whatever they say because you won't want to call someone else to start the shopping process all over again after waiting for them. Regardless I was in a hurry. The repairman took a quick glance and said $185. Funny, I had them attempt to unclog an underground downspout drain a while back and that was $185 too. (They were unsuccessful on that job). Apparently unclogging drains is $185 but they want to lock you in by telling you in person instead of over the phone. Regardless, Mr. Roto brought in his rusty, dirty roto machine to snake the drain. I was outside and heard some clanging. I looked up and the snake was going out the roof vent pipe flopping and banging on the roof tiles and copper gutters. I ran up and told Mr. Roto. He had that "Oops!" look on his face and tried again. Same problem. After about four attempts he got the snake going in the right direction but with no success in unclogging the drain. He was there for about an hour and a half and I told him we had to go to the airport to pick up our guests and that we would live with the slow drain for now. He put the parts back together and left. When our guests used the sink later on, water gushed out all over the floor where the drain pipe goes into the wall. And I mean a lot of water and not just a trickle. Apparently out of shame or whatever, Mr. Roto didn't bother to test his reassembly efforts to make sure it was put together right. To add insult to injury, the white bathroom tile floor had metal scratch marks from his dirty, rusty roto gizmo. I had to fix his inept drain assembly myself after my guests spent 20 minutes sopping up the Ohio River in their bathroom. For all you people out there who want to simply know what Roto Rooter charges to unclog a drain without them coming to your house first, it's apparently $185. Although success in unclogging a drain is an uncertainty, it is a certainty that I will NEVER call them again. Good luck to those who do.

They came out on a weekend and didn't charge is extra.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services was great. They did a fantastic job and they gave me a lot of knowledge.

It went great! Jade was very professional and actually called me before he arrived. He was very neat and clean cut, something you do not find in many plumbers. A manager visited me to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction, and I will definitely be letting them install my new water heater.

The service went well, and I was very pleased. This was the first time we used Roto-Rooter, but we were very satisfied. We received a discount for the extra work he performed and we will definitely be calling them again.

The service went great, especially considering they did not charge me any extra for it being the weekend. Ronnie was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He saved me some money by showing me an online coupon and cleaned up his mess when he was finished. I highly recommend this company and Ronnie.

I had Bo come out to my home because my kitchen sink was clogged. I just bought a new home so I was worried about the job being messy. Bo came in , he was very neat, clean, and wore booties the whole time. He fixed my sink and it is working perfect again! Bo was friendly, helpful, and knew what the problem as right away. I would definitely use them again in the future!

I've used them quite a bit and I like them a lot. He came and looked at the work and gave us an estimate before he started. He was clean and cleaned up his mess. He was very friendly. He didn't charge to fix the kitchen faucet because they had previously installed it. They are all very friendly from the receptionist to the technicians. They try to get the work done as soon as possible and they come when they say they will. The price was fair because plumbing is a hard job and not a lot of people know how to do it. I would definitely use them again.

Service provider came within an hour of our call. He suggested snaking the drain for 20-25 feet. Because we have had the problem multiple times in the past, we asked him to snake it for 35 feet. He agreed to do so. Did an okay job, although some dirty water was dripped across our bedroom carpet and in the hall when he removed his drain pipe cleaning machine. A little more courtesy and friendliness would have been appreciated.

My husband called Root-rooter because our laundry drain was clogged. We have it cleaned out several time each year. Adam came out. I was not home, but I was a couple minutes away. My husband called because he needed the checkbook because they were going to charge over $200. I told him that I would be right home. I asked the tech why he was charging so much. He said because we are the best. I told him that we have people come out all the time to do this same job and they only charge $70 and he said if you do not want me to do the job than I won't. I said have you done anything yet, and he said No. I said than do not do the job, I will call someone else. He said then you owe me $60 for a service charge for coming out. I argued with him, but I still gave him a $60 check even though Rotor-Rooter claims to do free estimates. He filled out the receipt and handed it to my husband and left. When I looked at the receipt, he had written no charge on it. I saw that my husband had signed that the work below was completed to our satisfaction. The invoice stated that he started labeling lines and customer changed their mind. I asked my husband why he signed that and he said the guy would not start anything until he signed that. When I saw the no charge, I called the company and told them that I gave him $60 and my invoice says no charge. She called him while I was on the phone, and he said he was half way through the job and that is what he charged me for. She told me to call Monday, and talked to Ray the general manager. Ray talked to Adam and he has known Adam since he was 18 years old and he has never lied to him and he does not believe Adam is lying to him now. His invoice shows a $60 charge that is correct since he did start the work, since Adam said so. He told me that I would not be getting a refund. I told Ray that he could come and look that nothing is labeled and that he even told me he did nothing. Ray again said he believes Adam. I called Ready Sewer and they came out and snaked my laundry drain and bathtub drain and only charged me half of what Rotor-Rooter charged me. Even though Rotor-Rooter claims to be the best, Ready Sewer did the same job and more with the same results at half the price.

I was pretty disappointed with this company. They did clean up their mess very well, but they took longer to do the job than I expected. They also charged me more than I thought they were going to. They did a average job, but I still had to put some chemical down the pipe myself to completely unclog it. I would not recommend this company.

THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME, THEY DID NOT COMPLETELY STOP THE CLOG. THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT HAD HAPPENED WITH THEM (I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE). THEY CAME BACK AND CHARGED US AGAIN. I HAD SATISFACTORY WORK FROM THEM BEFORE BUT NOT THIS TIME. IT WAS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.

THEY WERE LATE GETTING HERE AND THEY WERE LATE CALLING ME BACK WHEN I CALLED TO GET THE SERVICE. GIVEN THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED, THEIR PRICE WAS RIDICULOUS. IT COST 200 DOLLARS AND TOOK THE GUY ABOUT 5 MINUTES. I THOUGHT THAT WAS TOO MUCH.

THEY CAME OUT AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND THAT WAS IT. THE GUY CAME OUT WHEN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO BE HERE. IN FACT, THEY CHARGED ME A LITTLE LESS THAN WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED. IT WAS ON A WEEKEND, BUT THEY CHARGED THE REGULAR RATE.

IT WAS FINE. THEY CAME THE SAME DAY WE CALLED THEM AND THEY GOT IT FIXED QUICK. THE WORK WAS GOOD, IT WAS FAST. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. IT TOOK THEM AWHILE TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, BUT ONCE THEY FOUND IT, THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE THE ROOTS VERY QUICKLY.

THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL BE AROUND A CERTAIN TIME AND THEY DID COME AT THAT TIME. WHEN THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB I THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY. THE QUALITY OF JOB AFTER IT WAS DONE WAS GOOD.
