They did a really good job I would use them again.

THE TOILET WOULD NOT FLUSH AND WAS FILLED TO TOP, ALL THE SINKS AND TUB DRAINED FINE, A CALLED THEM TO UNCLOGG THE TOILET, THEY SAID I NEEDED THE TOILET REMOVED AND ROTOR ROUTED OUT, I APPROVED I FOR 298.00 ......HE RAN 100 FEET OF LINE THRU SUPOSIVILY, THEN HE CALLED BACK AND SAID HE CLEANED THE TOILET DRIAN AND IT WAS STILL CLOGGED AND I NEEDED THE MAIN DRAIN AT THE ST REPAIRED, I SAID DONT DO ANY THING ELSE AND HE BILLED ME 110.00 FOR NOT FIXING IT. HE SAID BEFORE HE STARTED THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE IF HE COULDNT FIX IT. WEL HE COULDNT FIX IT AND STILL BILLED ME 110.00. I WASNT HAPPY AND CALLED MSD AND THEY INSTALLED A NEW CLEAN OUT FOR FREE AT THE END OF PROPERTY AND SAID IT WASNT CLOGGED UP AT ALL AND IT WAS CLEAR GOING FROM THE STREET TO HOUSE, FOR 40 FEET AND THE PROBLEM WAS AT THE HOUSE. REMBMBER ROTOR ROUTER SAYS HE RAN 100 FT THRU THE TOIELT. ITS ONLY 95 FEET FROM TOILET TO STREET CLEAN OUT. WELL I HAD DREXLER PLUMBING COME OUT AND THEY SAID THE TOEILT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED TO RUN A SNAKE THRU IT, THEY PULLED THE TOIELT JUST LIKE ROTOR ROUTER DID AND RAN 20 FEET THRU AND CLEARED IT OUT IN 15 MINUTES, THANKS TO DREXLER, I DID CALL AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CHARGE AND THEY REFUNDED ME IN FULL, AFTER TELLING THEM ABOUT THE DRAIN BEING CLEANED BY DREXLER

Provider arrived on time, wore shoe covers (to keep our house clean!), assessed the problem, addressed the problem and was gone within an hour. Great service.

It went great and a few days later it happened again and they came right out and fixed it.

He ran a 'snake' down our laundry drainpipe to remove the clog. The first time the clog was not completely removed so that when we did another load it backed up but he came back when we called at no charge and ran the snake down again and got the entire clog out. Was professional and quick.

They said I would need one! Last year I used Roto-Rooter and they were great. They told me my water heater was old and needed to go. Well here we are a year later and my water heater died :( Ronnie replaced my water heater and let me know my water line and gas line should be replaced also. I didn't question it this time and had him do the job. Fair price, great service.

I called two companies besides this one to get an estimate on replacing an old toilet. I ended up using roto-rooter, because they gave me options and explained what I was getting. They just seemed to know more than the others. Calvin installed the toilet, which he called "the cadillac of toilets" and everything is working great. I will use them again.

I loved how quickly they came out, you don't want something like that sitting for a few days. They fixed it quickly, and they said if we had any other problems, we should call them.

They were very efficient but it's more expensive than what I expected. I don't have any complaints and the interaction was good. It turned out very well.

The plumber covered his shoes when he came into the house. He then checked what needed to be done and explained it to me before starting. He was very polite and he did a good job. We were pleased with him.

Paul was one of the nicest people I've ever had in my home, he explained what he was going to do and why, and fixed my problem. He didn't leave a mess and wasn't here very long.

I had a really positive experience with them. The only problem I had they charge by the drain and the last time they were out; there were emergency stuff in the bathroom that they had to clean up afterwards. It's the first time since I've used them that the guy was impeccable but honestly; I would call them again. They have the correct tool to do the job.

The service I had done was my sewer line needed cleaning out, its pretty much a yearly thing with a old house. Jacob was very professional and on time. He showed me the roots and grease that was in my line and made sure the sewer line was flowing like it should. It was one of the smoothest dealings I had with a plumbing company.

Worker had to put a lot of effort using a very long snake into the sewer line in order to clear sewer line.

Service man did what he is supposed to do, used water pressure to attempt to clear out outdoor drain line..Unfortunately, he was not able to do very much even with the hydraulic pressure. There are likely roots in the line, or the line is collapsed, so he was not able to make them free-running. We are not positive what the specific problem is and I will have to dig up the line at certain areas. Service man did what he was supposed but water pressure was not able to clear the line. There are other issues here that I will have to employ to fix the problem

Did a great job. the drain works without a flaw,

Took several tries to get the snake to go the right direction, but he finally got the roots that were clogging the line. Also replaced the shut off valve and the mounting flange for the toilet. Plumbing and fixtures were original from 1964 build. (I had a new toilet being installed in a few days, as well as ALL water shutoffs replaced, by someone else.)
