As I have said before it was a great job and very pleased.

My 1995 water heater finally gave out. Called a few local plumbers. Tiffany took my call at Rodney Terry Plumbing and couldn't have been nicer to speak with. She was interested that I was getting exactly what I needed and didn't oversell. I made an appointment for them to replace my old broken water-heater. I asked several questions about possibly relocating the water-heater a few feet from its original location to free up some unusable space and Tiffany made sure I knew what to expect on the day of my appointment, which actually was the very next afternoon. A little after 8am on 9/30, Tiffany Terry from Rodney Terry Plumbing called to confirm our appointment. She stated that there was a small issue and asked if we could reschedule the afternoon appointment. I thought, "Here we go, gonna be all weekend without hot water." Tiffany said they had another job that was to be inspected at the same time as my appointment and they would have to be there because they have to be there when the city inspector says to be there. Remebering that I told her I was needing to be at work around 1pm on the day of our appointment, she asked if they could come to my job first and take care of my water-heater issue and get me to work on-time. Of course, I was very happy to go to the front of the line! By about 8:30 Mike arrived to begin removing the old water-heater. A few minutes later, Rodney Terry arrived with the new water-heater and supplies. Since I wanted to relocate the new water-heater they were able to move the water and gas lines to the new location and, more or less, finish installing the new water-heater prior to removing the old. The new plumbing was installed with professional results and everything went perfectly. I am very satisfied with the work performed and also with the cost of the work. There was only a small difference between the quoted price of the new water-heater and the completed job including the relocation. I feel that the job was done for a reasonble amount. Rodney and Mike were exceptionally professional and personable. Yes, I will call them again if I have another problem that is beyond my handyman skills, or a permit is required, as in this case.

We have been really happy with this company. The crew is very friendly and professional. The office staff is very helpful. I have called in a few times to trouble shoot some problems and they have helped me without charging. There prices are very reasonable as well. I would say they are about half of what the competitors are charging.

We asked for Mr. Terry to do the work. While he was here, I questioned him about the feasibility of changeouts in another bathrm., all of which he answered without hesitating. Have no idea how to judge his pricing, but I'm sure it is the same as any plumber. He does provide coupons in mailings which all of us receive; look for them.

We are very satisfied with the work by Rodney Terry Plumbing. When we contacted the company an appointment is set up immediately. On this occasion the workman actually was able to repair the gas leak sooner than scheduled. We have used Rodney Terry Plumbing on many occasions. I will not hesitate to call this company in the future as needed.

The overall experience with them was excellent. They are quick and reasonable. They are honest. He is so good that I would not ever call another plumber.

Rodney estimated the job and arrived on time and did exactly what he said and the job was a bit cheaper. He is now my plumber for everything.

He seemed to be fine and probably got him off the list, but his estimate was higher than others. I don?t always pick the lowest estimate, but it just did not work out. I have nothing negative to say.

I was worried when I heard him sigh and explain that the hole wasn't big enough. I thought it was going to take a long time and be very expensive but he cut both holes big enough to remove and repair the stems. The whole job from start to finish was only a half an hour. He did a great job and since we moved here to Louisville recently he will become our plumber. He was outstanding in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

They did a really great job. There were two of them who came out. My husband had to run to a store to pick up a new garbage disposal. So they waited patiently for it and I thought that it was possibly a little more expensive. They were here for an hour and a half. I think all the companies have a policy wherein if they come out to the house, then they charge about $70 for the first visit. We were having a problem with the disposal since it was making a lot of noise and so we called them to come out for installing a new one. The guy then came out and determined that we had to call the company. Then the company told us that we had to throw some ice since something was stuck and ended up fixing it. Then the plumber sent us a bill for $70 for coming out. I don?t think that they should have charged us that much for coming out. They were very nice but I would tell people to be careful of being charged extra. Everything was good except for their pricing. I probably might not use their services again just because of the pricing issue.

Very good. This is the third time I have used them and they are very professional and easy to do business with. Their office manager is very responsive and available when needed.
