The plumbers provided no services (I no longer needed them) and I was charged a service call fee (which I was fine with) and also charged for labor. There was no labor provided. I called and was told that they always charged for 30 minutes of labor, that was the minimum. I asked why there was a service charge and also a labor charge when no service was provided. After discussion, Tiffany Terry reduced the labor to 15 minutes. Still, does that make sense to pay a service charge and also a labor charge when there was absolutely no plumbing service provided ? I am very disappointed in this company.

We were originally scheduled for the job to be done 2 days later than the day that they came. They got an opening in their schedule and called to see if we would like the job done sooner and arrived at the exact time that they said they would. They came in and went straight to work and got the job done quick. They were intent on getting in and out of our house while providing such quality work. Both men were very nice and very knowledgeable. They explained in great detail what they would be doing to resolve the issue and gave us advice on how to prevent problems in the future. Our only regret, is that we did not know about this company before now. We recommend Terry Plumbing very highly and look forward to using them again in the future.

Small company/avoided all that overhead. Very pleased.

It went great! He went to his truck, got his tools and had the job completed in about 15 minutes.

The plumbers were prompt, efficient and fixed the requested item along with a kitchen faucet issue. I asked them to look at a third faucet that was leaking, but they did not have the part to fix that one. They accepted the Angie's List coupon and the whole event was less than $100. I will definitely keep them on my list for the next time I need a plumber.

The main work involved fixing a leak in the cold water line going from the basement to the laundry room upstairs. The waterline was deep inside a band joist which made the task quite difficult. I accidentally discovered this problem when I cut the ceiling drywall in the basement along the band joists to spray foam the band joists since the waterline going up from the basement to the laundry room froze during the past winter. I had no idea how long it was leaking. It was just enough not to soak the drywall and duration between drips was long enough to avoid detection. I must say I was very lucky since the basement is finished and had it been a massive leak it would have caused substantial damage to the basement. I reviewed Angie's list for plumbing companies and saw that Cotton and Terry Plumbing had the best reviews. I contacted Terry Plumbing that night and learnt the next morning that they were booked for the week. They put me on a cancellation wait list and luckily they were able to dispatch Jessie and his colleague the same morning. Jessie and his colleague were extremely polite, professional and friendly. They arrived on time and removed a section of the hot and cold water copper lines and replaced both lines with pex and sharkbite connectors. They also outlined what they were going to do and patiently answered my numerous questions. They were very skilled at their job and cleaned up everything afterwards. They had me run the washer to insure that the new connections were tight. Once that was finished they inquired if I had anything else that they could take care of, and I had them fix a leaky faucet connector in one of the bathrooms. I had done everything I could to address this myself but they used a stronger pipe compound and a new connector to fix the problem. They honored the Angie's list coupon and gave me a very fair price. That evening while I was documenting the repairs, I noticed that one of the sharkbite connectors had developed a leak along the edges and I contacted Terry Plumbing again but it was after hours. Jessie returned the next morning and replaced the sharbite connector. I could not have asked for a better experience with a service provider. Everyone including their dispatch center staff was polite and very courteous. This is a great company and their approach to service serves as a model for other businesses. Hats off to everyone at Terry Plumbing. You will be my goto plumbing company hereafter.

They were able to come out the same day that I called. The guys were very professional and completed the work quickly. I am very happy with the work and would recommend their services.

Called for an appointment and left message about 3pm on Wednesday. Call was returned about an hour later to set up appointment for next day between 9am and 11am. Plumber arrived at 9:10am. Job was done in about 45 minutes with helpful tips from plumber on clog prevention. Prompt, professional service. Will use again if I need a plumber in the future.

Terry Plumbing came in after another firm had made us wait a couple of days only to come in and give us an astronomical quote for what seemed like a relatively simple job. While friendly, the previous company had spent a lot of time trying to sell us service plans. The job did not seem to us to be one that warranted spending anywhere near what was quoted, so we called Terry. Terry Plumbing showed up on time, explained the process and went on to resolve the problem in an hour. They were upfront about what it would take, were very professional and left the area clean. Very impressed. Truth is they explained the job the same way the other company had, but they did not need a big book to determine an overinflated price. They just honestly wanted to get the job done right, charge a fair price and get on to helping someone else with a plumbing problem. I like that a lot. We found plumbers we can trust and we cannot be more pleased.

We had used them once before and fortunately, we were able to get a same day appointment due to a cancellation. What we thought was a smaller clog, actually turned out to be a much larger one. From start to finish it took approx 3 hrs to unclog our drain, replace some pipe, and clean up. The resulting clog churned up mounds and mounds of black sludge and quite a mess. However, Jesse did a great job cleaning up. I was very pleased with their professionalism and easy manner, especially given that the job turned out to be much longer than expected. Highly recommend them and will use them in the near future for other services.

Kitchen sink plumbing rework. Existing plumbing was old and causing problems. Evaluated problem, did re-work and cleaned up behind themselves.

Found this company on Angies List at 7:00 am when the temps were 10 degrees and water was running out of my crawl space. I had called all the old standards and they couldn't come out for another day, even two! Terry's Plumbing showed up an hour before the scheduled time, the man was very nice and offered alot of advice to keep it from happening again. Extremely reasonable! I had sticker shock but in a good way! Highly recommend and will not call anybody else in the future but Terry's Plumbing.

I called in the morning to have them unclog my drain. Tiffany said they had a full schedule and could fit us in the next day. This was fine with us and we weren't in any big hurry. She called back a few hours later and said they had an opening. We agreed upon a time. The plumbers arrived within the time stated. They fixed the clog in about 20 minutes and were done and dusted in about 30 min. Great service. Very professional. The left things neat and tidy. I highly recommend them and am very satisfied with the service! The price was excellent considering others were prepared to charge 3 times as much for same day service. We will use them again.

Price was about $200 less than others I checked for comparable gas water heater. Phone representative was well-informed and courteous. Crew arrived right on time and completed the work sooner than I expected. Quality of workmanship was excellent. Overall they installed a good product in a professional manner for quite a bit less than I had budgeted.

Rodney and his staff are always punctual, professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They give fair estimates and stick to them. They explain things thoroughly (I don't know much about plumbing) and patiently. I have recommended RT Plumbing to multiple friends/family members and have received positive feedback from them as well.

After I gutted my bathroom, removing the tub, toilet, vanity/sink, Terry Plumbing ran new water lines from basement to second floor bathroom, installed new lines and double shower fixtures for a new tiled walk-in shower, installed a new toilet (I purchased the toilet), and new sink faucet (which I also purchased). They provided a cost proposal for the whole project and in the end honored the original cost proposal. We had a small communication problem over the number of trips it would take to complete the project. This project involved coordinating a number of contractors (tile, wall board, cabinet, cabinet top/sink, etc.) so it required a number of return trips. As I tried to schedule the next to the last trip the secretary/admin. person in the office argued with me about wanting to charge an extra trip cost because "I had gone over my limit." There wasn't a limit mentioned in the agreement and I finally said just have the owner Rodney Terry call me, but she just continued to argue with me saying I had to pay an extra charge and gave me the impression that unless I agreed she wouldn't schedule the next run. After going around and around she finally said she would have Rodney call me. He called the next morning and we straightened everything thing out, they arrived as promised and we finished all the work. So, my only complaint is the minor customer service problem with the lady answering the phone. It's fine to explain the normal policy but don't argue with the customer, especially after they say let me talk with the owner. The people who came and did the work, which included Rodney Terry, were all very professional, very nice, and easy to work with. Rodney's wife also works in the office and she was extremely nice and easy to work with when my wife and I went in for more details.

They were very easy to talk to on the phone. I asked for an estimate over the phone for the jobs I listed above. They were very prompt with a phone call before they came. The plumber was professional and clean and easy to talk to. He even gave me a few pointers on things I would need to replace because of wear. He did all of the work in under two hours and the price was much better that other estimate I had received for the same work. He even asked for some cleaner and a rag to clean the wall behind the toiletand under the toilet because he felt those places don't get to be cleaned much. Excellent service. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived promptly for estimate and communicated with us on several occassions through email to make sure we got the parts we wanted. Courteous, professional, friendly. Arrived on time with enough help to do the job in one day. All workers were professional and courteous and seemed highly experienced. Asked him not to break the floor tile when removing the old tub and he came through on that. Had a defective part break down and start leaking in the basement over the weekend and he came right over (from the golf course) to replace it. Was a pleasure dealing with them.

It went fine, just pricey for 30 minutes' work. That may just be the going rate for plumbing but it seems high to me.

Rodney Terry arrived on time, provided the service we contracted at the agreed upon fee. Terry was pleasant and professional. He fee was the same service was $127 lower than a competitor. His fee was not cheap just reasonable for the service provided. I have no problem in using Terry Plumbing again or referring to a family member.

I have used him for plumbing problems in the past - ice maker, garbage disposal - and have been so pleased with his service, professionalism and price. He is my first choice when I have a plumbing issues

We got an estimate and they recommended a fixed that was better and more comprehensive than the others ones. They came when they said and did the work as proposed. They completed the work in a few hours. The other bids were for a full day.

superb! Mike came and saw that the job would be more complex than anticipated [the spout had been fitted with an iron flange which had rusted]. Instead of leaving and having me reschedule, he called his office, made room in his schedule and then suggested an alternative to opening the front of the shower stall... this not only worked to perfection, but cost far less. Kudos to Mike and Terry Plumbing!
