They showed up once and did not do anything because the pitch of the roof was too steep. I called them and they said they would come back and they never responded or came back.

Very prompt gave information about problem and cost after inspection. Fixes it very efficiently, Will use again most definitely. Cleaned up after also.

We are still in the process of working with them right now. The experience was fine since they have reasonable prices and they were very pleasant to work with.

He has been in touch several times, but did not have time to do the work yet.

good when he finally made it. we have been trying to schedule for over a month but have been delayed due to weather and he was overwhelmed with coupon deal packages.

John Bell from River City gave us an inspection and performed minor repair of roof boots and flashing. He provided an estimate that was extremely reasonable. Weather permitting, they got right on our project and stripped old shingles, replaced the old roof vents, replaced a broken sky lite, re roofed the whole house. They also replaced the roof on the garage with a membrane roof that is much better than the original rolled roofing. John promised to do everything correct and then made certain his men followed through on that promise. I was very pleased with the whole process. It went as smoothly as possible considering all the stormy weather we were having at that time. The men made certain to have plastic on hand to help dodge the intermittent storms that were occurring. I highly recommend using River City Vinyl and Roofing for your roofing needs.

He didn't come when he said he would so we had to contact him again. So far, we believe he did a good job .. even though we obviously do need another downspout in back of the house. We paid him when he completed the work (April 23); however we didn't receive the receipt showing payment until May 12.

Mr Bell the owner every time I speak to him he said he is been in business for 20 years, but he looks like he's 35 years old, I originally said white shingles but I changed my mind and let him know he said ok so He and 3 Spanish men showed up and I don't speak Spanish, he went to bring the shingles once he brought it about 1.pm, I told him these where wrong colors and he screamed and argued with me on the phone. He needs no learn how to talk to people, I'm in service industry myself I would never talk to my guests like that! Now the roof does looks like it's installed correctly.

It all went very well. Friendly, respectful crew. Good craftsman like work. Worked from 10:30 am to 9:00pm. Worked very hard and moved very quickly. John Bell, owner, communicated very well. Very pleased.

Overall great experienceand results.

Roof looks great:) Had some minor issues (nails in yard, small oil stain on driveway etc.) that the owner gladly took care of. In fact, I also had a window fixed that I rebroke the next day and John fixed it the same day at no cost. Honest owner. Good results:)

Mr. Bell did everything that he said he would do. From working with my insurance company to the final clean up of of the job. His workers were professional and polite.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. I WAS PLEASED WITH HIS WORK, BUT HE WAS SLOW. HE PUT THE VINYL SIDING ON, BUT IT WAS 5-6 WEEKS BEFORE HE CAME BACK AND PUT ON THE GUTTERS. I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES. I THINK THE WORK IS FINE. MY GUTTERS ARE LEAKING, BUT I DON'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH THEM ANYMORE.
