My double garage door was completely off its runners and hanging dangerously at an angle, with tracks buckled and twisted... I feared the worse...a $2,000 expense of a new door. But Bob showed up first thing and within 5 minutes had convinced us that he could fix it and within one hour our door was repaired and as good as new. This guy Bob has been in the business over 25 years and not only is he extremely friendly he is extremely good at what he does. I have discovered a garage door service company that I would go to every time and we will be recommending to all our friends. Thank you Bob!!

Scheduling was very easy. They were very accommodating to my schedule. Bob arrived on time, and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. In the past we have had maintenance performed on our door and the provider got WD-40 all over the garage floor and things in the garage. Bob was very neat. He used WD-40 but kept a towel handy to take care of drips. He was very capable, and I really appreciated that he took to time to do the job right. We received Reynolds Overhead Door's name from a friend of ours, and decided to give them a try. My friend recommended them and they have a good rating on Angie's List. I will definitely be using Reynolds Overhead Door for all my garage door requirements in the future. I will also be recommending them to all my friends and family. The owner of the company arrived at my house at 4 pm for a 3 pm apointment which was not an issue. I directed him to the my garage and met him there. This door was original to the house and had been cracked along the top by the faulty garage door opener that I wanted Reynolds to replace. The opener was also original and did not meet the current codes for openers thus not having the proper reversing sensors for objects in the closure path. The owner kept insisting that i needed a new garage door including the tracks which would be over one thousand dollars because he felt it was installed imporperly (30 years a go). He advised me the door was cracked. I told him that I had replaced that reienforcement beam and that I was an Aircraft Mechanic. I felt that the other issues with the door were minor and cosmetic which could be repaired. He then asked me why they didn't install an insulated door and why did they install the door with two tracks etc.....and that simply installing a new opener would cause issues. I pointed to my neighbor who had the same exact door and the same opener he was supposed to install had worked without issue for almost two years now. So overall rating is still "A" the rest is N/A. In summary ( I feel) that the owner was not interested in one more job that day since it was now almost 4:30 pm and there was more profit in a new door to go along with the new opener.

They were quick to respond with call backs and sent someone out for an estimate because I had some concerns about how the condition of the old set up. Agreed all I needed was new garage opener. The installer was on time and seemed efficient at the work. He greased up the rollers and explained how everything worked. I was very satisfied with the work. The opener is a great productt, quiet operation and a good distance on the opener range.

We have a Crafstman 1/3 HP garage door opener, where the primary spring had split in half & the automatic opener would not lift the door. Also lifting it manually was tough because the assistance from the spring was obviously broken. I looked at several companies on Angie's List but chose this one because it was close, had a 10% coupon, & had good reviews. Usually I do all of the house maintenance / deal with service techs, but I had my wife handle this one because I had a busy work schedule. When she called & spoke to the customer representative, they asked her to describe the problem & knew exactly what the issue was. She quoted a price & included our 10% coupon, and scheduled a repair technician for a convenient time for my wife the following day. My wife was impressed with the technician when he arrived. He was punctual, very polite & professional, & went right to work. The repair took very little time & my wife paid cash. My wife could not say enough about how easy & professional the whole experience was, and the door is working perfectly now. Will definitely use them if the need arises again in the future.

I was told the technician would arrive between 8-10am. I got a call from Bob at 8:45 letting me know he would be arriving in 10 minutes. He knew exactly what the issue was and got right to work. Within an hour he had the repair completed and the cost was exactly what I had been quoted. I would recommend Reynolds Overhead LLC to others and will use them for any future repairs.

We have a 10 yr old garage door opener that made a loud noise this morning as the chain fell off of it. I called Reynolds Overhead Doors and they had a technician out in a matter of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me a fair and reasonable price, and then accomplished the repair immediately. He even changed a lightbulb for me on the 15 foot ceiling in the garage! This is the second time we've had this company work on our garage doors and I couldn't be happier with their top-notch service. Instead of telling me to replace the opener, they suggested that I repair the gear mechanism instead for a fraction of the price. Finally, a company that follows the Golden Rule: treat others the way that you want to be treated. Kudos!

They'd replaced our garage two years ago and we called because we were having problems putting the remote up. I had called them and she was really nice and said we should just go buy one and we could do it ourselves because it's so easy. But it wasn't, so I called them back because we couldn't get it to work right. They came right out and actually recommended one of their own, which was better and worked well until two weeks later when it didn't work again. He laughed, said it was OK and he would come out within the blink of an eye. He fixed it and didn't charge us. Members can expect somebody who is very courteous and has a sense of humor so that, if you make a mistake they laugh along with you. They're very easy to work with and helpful. Members would be very comfortable with them, because they're very helpful and easy to talk with.
