The service was fine. They were always on time and good at communicating the next step. It is a great product.

I know the owner's son and enjoyed his visit when he came to provide the estimate. I received three estimates and their price was good. The work turned out just fine.

We invited three other replacement window companies to provide estimates and Renewal was a standout from the beginning. I was pleased with the regular communication updates, installation was done in a timely and professional manner, and the company still stands behind its product even when the job is complete. We had an issue with one of the windows and Renewal sent a service member out to fix our problem without hesitation. We did hire Renewal a second time to complete our sunroom remodel and will hire again when remodeling the kitchen and third floor.

They were well informed but not pushy prior to us signing a contract. They measured twice to make sure everything was right. They did the work all in one day. The crew was nice. They did an excellent job.

Employee came to our home to do measurements, show us alternatives for style, color, composition, etc., and to write up order. Payment of approximately 50% of total was required at order. Two months later, we were contacted and new entryway was installed. Workers did a very professional job, kept area neat, and performed work in one day.

They were expensive but did a fine job. They hauled away the old window for us.

The service was excellent. Their work was fast and we have no complaints. They didn’t make a mess while installing the windows either.

I was not very impressed with the final result but I know the job was kind of difficult. A lot of things were left unfinished including caulking in the door and painting the trim. I wanted key locks for the door and they ordered the locks wrong, I called to complain and they told me that was what they had ordered.

I like the quality of the product. It is top notch from the standpoint of the workmanship, the workers and mechanism of the materials used. They have a new technology with the screens they sell, you cannot even tell there is a screen in the window. They are a great company to work with overall.

They had to change all of the framing around the windows. They had problems matching the color but they came back out to varnish them to match the other framing. They did an ok job, everything came together in the end but it was stressful.

I only spoke to someone on the phone, but the person to whom I spoke was professional and friendly. I chose not to use Andersen, however, because its price was too high.

We ended up going with a particular brand of window that they do not carry.

We thought we needed a new furnace and it turns out once we replaced our 50 year old windows we didn’t need a new furnace because the windows keep the heat in. The windows are easy to open, slide and have screens. They are a great company and have a great product.

I compared prices with a few other companies and they were in the middle. They gave a high quality of service, cleaned up well and were in and out. They did a great job and I was very happy with them.

Everything turned out quite well. The company used quality windows, did a good job with the installation, and didn't leave behind any messes. The company also had a much lower price than the other companies that I contacted.

The two installers arrived on time, worked hard the entire time that they were at the house, and did a good job without leaving a mess. Unfortunately, they were at the house for the entire day because the company hadn't sent enough people out to do the work.

Everything was great. They did a good job with the installation, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were professional yet friendly while at the house. Furthermore, they worked the entire time, and I haven't had any issues with the windows or the door.

They were a bit pricey, but everything went very well. The installers arrived on time, did a good job with the window and doors, and cleaned up after themselves. Ultimately, it was a good experience.

I like that they have a financing available. We like the appearance of the windows. We have an old shingled house so we went with certain materials but unfortunately we could not see examples in the show room. There are some parts that I am not 100% satisfied with material wise like the metal flashing as far as how it wraps around our existing hardwood window framing. We will use them in the future when we replace the remainder of the windows.

The service was fine. I like them because they do both the manufacturing and the installation so if you have an issue you only have to go back to one company. The windows seem to be very efficient.

I felt the pricing was a good value for the quality. They did a real good job. I was very pleased with the service.

I thought they did a wonderful job. They were neat and finished the job in the time frame they initially gave me. The windows work well. I may use them in the future to install sliding glass doors aswell.
