There were some minor problems, mostly with the painting, but they took my complaints seriously and problems were fixed in a timely manner. I have spoken with other window replacement companies in the past, but was put off by their attempts to get me to buy their most expensive items when something less expensive would fit my need. Anderson does not try to talk you into more and more expensive items.

It went very well, I was amazed that it all got done in one day. This is one of the best investments we have done on our house.

The professional workers arrived on time. Went right to work.. The company did not put an ugly sign in our yard that stayed for days or weeks like I have seen other companies do. The clean up work was excellent.

They were just willing to do some things that were different and out of the norm. I wanted different mullions. I wanted commercial grade mullions in a residential home and they were able to work that out.

I had numerous companies come and give me an estimate on getting doors and windows replaced. I asked each to look at all the windows and doors and tell me what I should replace. The good news is all companies were saying the same thing, but what sold me on Andersen was their installation quality, product quality, and warranty. They definitely weren't the lowest cost, but the product is by far the best. Not only because of the materials they use, but because of the people doing the installation. They did and excellent job putting in an excellent product. I would choose them again in a heartbeat!

I called this company because I needed to replace some screen windows in my house. The house was a foreclosure that we bought and was missing 4 screens and the kitchen window needed replaced. I looked at the bottom of the window and saw they were Andersen Windows. I left a message and the sales rep called me back within a couple of hours. We made an appointment for Friday, May 20, 2016. The sales rep showed up on time. I showed him the windows and he let me know the windows were not from their company but from Andersen Windows. (Not Renewal by Andersen). He said he could still get the screens for the windows. He took the measurements of the windows and I told him one of handles on the window needed repaired. We weren't able to open the windows by the handle. I showed him the window in the kitchen that needed replaced. It's a decent size window. He took out his tape measure and I'm assuming he got the correct measurements. It took him a few seconds. He asked for my e-mail and said he would e-mail me the estimates by the end of the day or by Monday. He said it would probably be Monday because he had to do research on the windows that needed screens. He said they are not common sizes. The windows are 6 feet long and about 24 inches wide. I cannot tell you the sales rep name because he did not give me his business card. It is Thursday, May 26th, 2016 and I have to heard anything from their company. Not one e-mail or a phone call. I feel if your company could not handle my request, you should call and let me know. If your company did not want to talk to me, you should have e-mailed me because I gave your sales rep my e-mail address. Again, I cannot tell you the sales rep name because he did not leave me a card. So it makes me wonder if he felt he wasted his time.

This was the third and final phase of replacing the windows and doors of our 30 year old house. Armando was the lead installer and as in the past they did an excellent installation job. They took great care to ensure that the windows looked good from both inside and out. The quality and performance of the windows has exceeded expectations. It is easy to spend less but overall I think that we received a great value for our money.

We are very pleased with our new double-hung windows purchased and installed by Renewal by Andersen company in Lexington, KY. They replaced our 45 year old windows with their real nice looking replacement windows. The frames are made of a proprietary composite material called, Fibrex. The will not deteriorate like wood but look much like the original wooden window. Much higher quality than the cheaper PVC windows that many other companies are selling these days. The purchase process was very pleasant, no high pressure sales tactics. The installation process was very quick and easy with very competent installers. We had put off installing replacement windows for years because we had not found the right window and the right company to do business with. Once we found Renewal by Anderson, the decision was easy. Now the job is done and we have some really great windows to enjoy for many years to come. I am convinced that these windows will last forever. We're having them come back to put in a new front door, as well. After they put the doors in, I found some things wrong with them. I called them and they were supposed to call me back, but they didn't. I had to show them pictures of what was wrong to get them to come back out and fix it. We're not in a good relationship right now. But I had already contracted with them to do the front door.

The work turned out great. We would be doing another bedroom in the spring. The people are very professional. They know exactly what they are doing. They come in and get the job done. They clean up after themselves. It is a good experience. I kind of have a tip on the caulking color. The windows are white but the caulking has yellowed a little bit over time.

Might consider in the future.

They were a bit pricey, but everything went very well. The company accommodated my request for a quick installation and sent about three crews who completed the job in one day. Furthermore, the crews did good work, cleaned up after themselves, and acted courteously while at the house.

They did a good job with the installation, but they installed some of the new windows over rotting wood and didn't inform my husband of this issue. Furthermore, they refused to repair the rotting wood when we brought the matter to their attention.

My husband dealt with them mostly, but everything seems to have gone well. The installation went smoothly, and we haven't had any problems with the new windows.

Excellent quality. Satisfied. More expensive than the others, but the windows don’t look like replaceements.
