Description of Work: Complete window replacement was accomplished as well as replacement for front entry door with overhead and side lights. Not only has our home's appearance been enhanced but energy efficiency has also improved. Description of Work: It has been several years since they replaced my sliding glass doors with French doors. They are absolutely beautiful and I have received many compliments on them. I did recommended Renewal by Anderson to several of my neighbors who indicated they would also like to replace their sliding glass doors with French doors. My only disappointment was that the hinges on the doors did not match the actual door handle. The hinges are a bronze and the handle is dark, oil rubbed bronze. Someone at Andersen looked at the door and gave me a price for replacing the hinges. I was fine with the cost but could not get any follow up. I left several messages and finally asked that someone just call me back and let me know if they did not plan to do the work.
