Response from PREMIUM COMPUTER SOLUTIONS
When I arrived [member name removed] showed me a laptop that had multiple infections, was not able to get on the Internet and the anti virus program was expired. I cleaned all the viruses off, got the laptop back on the Internet, installed a new anti virus, and did a tune-up on it. I informed him that he only pre-paid for one hour of service and he approved me to continue to work on a second computer. This was an old XP desktop that was infected also and I performed the same service on that unit as well. He was billed for the additional hour ($89) and the 3 user anti virus program ($49). He then asked for my assistance on a wireless security camera system he had purchased online somewhere. I hooked it up on his wireless but could not glean enough setup information from the poorly written user guide to get it working for him. I suggested he buy a name brand system that offered tech support and identified several for him on [hyperlink removed]. In my opinion he was not overcharged for my 2 hours and 30 minutes of actual service time on 2 computers and a security system consult... Sorry if petting your dogs and talking about them on your time was inappropriate but I couldn't resist. :)
