PREMIUM COMPUTER SOLUTIONS

I was sure I was in for a major repair or replacement to either my motherboard or power supply, but the guy managed to get everything working by working with the power supply. He could have easily taken me for a lot of money, but was honest and fast. I had my computer back in three days, and have not had a problem since.

Called Premium Computer. They provide in-home service or you can take computer to their store for repairs.

They evaluated computer, found the problem, and repaired it within a couple of days. Explained and guided me through the new set-up, and offered follow-up assistance if needed.

They were wonderful and helped me with everything. I had no idea how to set up my computer and they did it all for me. I have never had a better experience getting something done. They even took it out of the car and carried it in for me, as well as offering to assist me at my home. When I asked if it would be better to just buy a new laptop and not worry about they other they advised me that it was cheaper to just keep the one I had as it was in working order. They were very great with pricing and I had a great experience. They don't talk down to you or make you feel as if you don't know what's going on.

Great experience! They were polite, took notes on my problems and called me when it was ready in two days.

From the time we took our computer into the store, Premium Computer Solutions, we felt comfortable that it was in good hands.  The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly as we described the problem we were having.  She said they would call if they needed any more information.  A few days later they called and quoted the price that it would cost to repair the computer. We told them to proceed with the repair and they said they would call when it was ready.  A couple of days later,  we received a call that told us the computer was ready and was not as extensive a repair as first thought. The price would be $75.00 less than originally quoted.  We brought the computer home, hooked it up and all is well once again!  In a few weeks I'm going to take my laptop in for a checkup!

I called PREMIUM COMPUTER SOLUTIONS at 10:00 AM and John was here at 1:00 PM. When you own a business you can't wait for days to get someone out to do the job. He came back the next day to finish the job. If you are looking for a Computer Repair/Service Company look no further than PREMIUM COMPUTER SOLUTIONS.

I took my comput to them and it was ready in the time they said it would be fixed.  They answered my questions and gave me ideas so the my computer would not be compromised again.

John came out promptly and got to work. He ran all types of programs trying to get all the viruses. While one program was running he left to do an errand and then came back. The program was still running and it was getting late in the day so he left the program running and said would call us in the morning. He called the next morning. After that all the things he did (coming and going), the details became blurry. However he kept in contact with us and after so many programs being run he finally found the problem. The best part is because he was able to come and go as needed so we were only charged for 1 1/2 hours of service and I know a lot more time was put into the repair. Excellent, Excellent Service!!!!

Overall experince was top-notch. I will definitely use them again. Their knowledge & experience can't be beat and the techs are very thorough. Prices are very reasonable and their estimate was right on target.

It took three trips to get it right. The first two trips I dealt with a young man with a bad attitude (His shirt said "anyone who believes the customer is always right has never worked in tech support") and he did not do what thw written instructions asked of him. The last trip I worked with the owner and we were much more successful.

We called to make an appointment for Computer Solutions to come and install a new modem. We he arrived he said he couldn't do it because we lost our internet connection. Did not charge for service call. Called internet provider to get reconnected. After the Inernet provider left we started getting all the connections pop-ups. Called Computer Solutions and made we made an appointment. He was late and we had to call to see if he was coming that day. He promptly returned call. He said he had gotten tied up and he wasn't able to make it for our appt. time. We were giving the choice of him coming out later that day or first thing the next morning. We took the next morning. (Our first appt. we had with him when the internet wasn't connected, he was also prompt) This one incident is the only reason we gave him a "B" on punctuality. The next morning he was on time. He came in and promptly got to work. He did everything we asked and then some. Very friendly and curtious. Worked for one hour and a half. He stuck to his original quote on cost. Premier Computer Solutions reponded VERY quickly, and fixed everything, and then "fine-tuned" everything. I have a fairly advanced, home-built system, and the work done was excellent and FAST.

John Archer returned my call first thing Monday morning and as he was with another client, made an appointment to call me at 12:30 which he did. We connected for remote access using a program which protects your privacy so that he could not connect without my permission. He checked the system for malware and downloaded a malware program, which found 2 items. He also found other system problems which he fixed and cleaned up the system, all via remote. Upon checking WordPerfect he found that it was slowing down my system and was in fect defective and while on remote, went to OpenOffice and suggested either downloading from there for free or going out to buy Word Office for about $150...so I downloaded the OpenOffice. He then double checked to make sure I could still view my current documents in the new system and explained over the phone how to handle all of the other documents so that I could see them in the new program. He had quoted $79.00 per hour but he spent way more time than that on the issues and seemed in no rush and was unbelievably helpful and patient. I will never go to anyone other than Premium Computer!

Called them and was able to set up a time to connect at my covrnience. Very responsive as usual. Used them on various occasions and have always been pleased with the results.

In the past 13+ years I have had occasion to work with both John & Zach. I have purchased several computers from them and they have maintained all of our family computers over the years. They set up our wireless network & made sure it was secure. Several times when I had a problem they looked at my system via the internet and fixed it! If you are looking for quality products & great service I would highly recommend calling Premium Computer. They are the ONLY Company I call. We have referred Premium to many of our friends and clients, they have all been very happy with the service.

Took the computer in on Tuesday morning, they had it ready the next afternoon. I'd really expected a phone call asking for authorization to perform more work, but it never happened and the computer is performing much better now.

My computer was running slow. They tuned up the computer and added memory.

They are a very experienced and ethical company. The price included does not include the purchase of the new computer.

They were very courteous and prompt. There were no surprises.

THEY QUALITY WAS GOOD. THEY CAN PUT ANY KIND OF BLOCKS ON YOUR INTERNET. THEY PUT ON PARENTAL CONTROLS SO MY KIDS ARE SAFER GETTING ON THE INTERNET. THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO USE BECAUSE MY KIDS ARE BETTER AT IT THAN ME, SO THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO TURN IT OFF. THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO MAKE SURE THAT CAN'T HAPPEN.
