The technician arrived on time, found the problem, and explained my options. The door is 20 years old and had never been serviced so I agreed to his recommendations. The cost was more than I expected, but it was worth the expense. I am very satisfied and recommend this company.

Tom did an excellent job. The opener came with all safety features,more items and door key pad. All of the rollers and moving parts were replaced. The door is almost silent when operating.. Tom was courteous and very explained what needed to be done very clearly.

I was having trouble with a noisy door mechanics. The service provided took care of the problem. Both doors were lubricated and serviced. One door received a bottom seal. I was very satisfied with the work and the price

They were able to come out quickly to do the work. They were prompt and the new door seems to be holding up well. From the beginning, they should have just strongerly recommended us replacing the door in the first.

I initially called another garage door repair company and they charged extra to come out on the weekend. I later noticed an ad in Angie's List magazine for Precision Door which said they did not charge extra for weekend work. I called them at 9:30 AM and the serviceman was here at 11:30 AM. Two hours later the garage door was fixed. I received a 10% discount for being an Angie's List Member.

Arrived on time. Removed and replaced opener in a very timely fashion. Hauled away all old parts. Showed me the basics of the opener operation programmed all remotes and cars. Overall a very professional job!

After researching local garage door service companies on Angie's List, I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for a maintenance call for $99 from Precision Garage Doors. They were supposed to call me within 48 hours of purchase. I called them after a week of not hearing from them. They scheduled work for the next day and arrived promptly. The technician was both friendly and professional. He assessed the door and opener I had and explained thoroughly what I needed done and why. Basically, he replaced the entire thing with the exception of the door. New opener, remotes, springs, belt, rollers, etc. I am amazed at how quiet the new one is compared to the old opener. He helped me program a new keyless entry before leaving. I could not get my car homelink to program correctly. I called the service number and but spoke to someone in their main customer service center, not the local office in Louisville. After three calls and most of a day waiting, I was a bit frustrated to be told that some openers just aren't compatible with some cars. At that moment, I was beginning to wonder if I had picked the wrong people to work on my garage door. I finally heard from the manager of the local office. He promised the problem could be fixed at their expense first thing Monday morning. The same service technician arrived promptly Monday morning and quickly added an extra module that made the opener compatible with my car's version of homelink. I will use them again. The technician was great. I just wish someone with some technical knowledge would have responded to my calls sooner when I was trying to figure out why my new opener would not work with my newer model car.

UPDATE: Steve came out himself and service my garage and installed the key pad. Loved my new key pad. He was fantastic. Thanks ...sorry the mix up created my initial reaction to your service.

they called and made my appointment , very responsible and they did a great job, and the door works perfect,, it use to be noisey and rattleing going up and down, they installed these plastic rollers and its quiet as a mouse thanks david George volksdoktor import service

Ryan did very well. He was mannerly and explained everything to me. He replaced the springs, two remotes and keypad for my garage door adequately. After mentioning I found him on Angie's List he gave me a discount.

I'd originally bought an Angie's List coupon to have my rollers replaced. The tech came out and suggested that it'd be better to just replace the whole door. Honestly, I'd already been looking into that as well, so we decided they'd come back and replace it. A few days later another tech came back and replaced the door. It was quick and professional, though the second guy was chatty =) They even deducted what I'd paid for the coupon from the cost of the door.

Amazingly well. Last year we had this company to tune-up our very old garage door opener. He did so, and in a timely, professional manner. Now a year later we finally knew we needed a replacement, and saw a great offer for a new opener. We didn't hesitate to get the deal, and are completely happy with the product and service they provided.

Everything went wonderfully. Ryan called to confirm every appointment, the installer showed up on time, was super courteous and professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. He cleaned up on his way out (swept the entire garage), and left everything better than how he found it.

The tech arrived on time and for a little more than the deal gave us new rollers, adjusted the door, fixed the chain link and adjusted the light bulb container and had the garage door opener running smoothly and quietly.
