They were very good technicians, courteous & explained things well.

The service man attempted to sell me an $850.00 new garage coil spring. I said "no, too expensive ". He seems offended by my answer. Then he tried to sell me the "next best thing". He said I needed to replace the existing springs and he could do that for about $550.00. I said no, I could go down to Lowes and get replacement springs for about $50.00. He seemed even more offended by that response. He finished replacing the track wheels, which only took about 15 minutes tops. I don't believe i got the value for the money I paid. Seem like a lot of money for a few small track wheels and for only 15 minutes labor. He made a call to his office and left. Probably saying he did not get the sale so he was leaving. I did not get a good feeling about this whole situation, the sales pressure.

I would use Precision again in a heart beat. They were great on communication and ensured the job was done right. The technician took the time to explain the job to me, show me what he was doing and even ensure all working parts were in order. I forgot to give them my Angies List coupon, but called and they applied it for me with no questions asked. Quality service at a reasonable price.

They came promptly he was thorough and courteous. He lubricated the doors and tracks. He diagnosed the problem and did a great job. He made recommendations for further repair

They did really well. I like the new Liftmaster. It was $50 cheaper than a competitor. Fellow came and installed it. Showed me all the new features. Good deal.

They did what they said they would in a timely manner and got me fixed up. I was having troubles with my door not opening and closing properly all the time and they put out on new rollers and something about springs. He explained what he was going to do.

He did such a good job. He's a nice person. I like him. He said he could replace my whole door system, and I said to do it. He did an excellent job.

Garage door opener stopped working completely after about 15 years. Bought a new opener for $345 but the door was unbalanced and there were other parts that needed to be replaced which cost $933 total. Have no idea how to rate the cost because I know nothing about garage door openers, but it was never maintained in 15 years so I'm not surprised other parts needed to be placed. Have no complaints as of now. Hope it last another 15 years. The difference in the noise is noticeable. The old one had a chain and was very loud, the new one has a belt.

They installed their own opener for the same price. The technician did a great job. He was nice, friendly and on time. It was very easy to schedule the deal.

I had no problems scheduling (and then rescheduling due to my work conflict). They were very good to deal with. I received a call 20 minutes before my appointment from my tech, Tommy, who arrived five minutes before the appt. He inspected everything, gave me my options, and then fixed everything. He ended up spending nearly three hours on the call, but every part of my garage door is working great. The tracks and motor are humming again, it is completely quiet up and down, and it is smooth as silk. I recommend these guys thoroughly for their honest, professionalism, and focus on getting the job done well. Good stuff.

Garage door was stuck open just before the week we were snowed in. I wanted it replaced but was told that it might be a few days due to the busy season. However, they offered to send someone out with a quote that could close the door as well. The door was ancient, wood, scary and damaged. I was horrified and yet they took care of it. They came back to replace it a few days later. That went very smoothly. I was able to park in my garage during the snow storm which my children and I greatly appreciate. I will definitely recommend and use them again. Interacted with Derek, Tommy, Terry and Holly. Great bunch of people!

It went fine. I was having trouble with my door not wanting to close. Would have to hold down on the control. Repair person fixed but problem was back in a few days. Had a friend look at it and he fixed it and it still works 2 months later. But overall, good value for what was done. Garage door is much quieter. Leaks under the door stopped.

Precision Garage Door made an appointment for my tune up the next day after I contacted them, which was exactly what I needed. Because the weather's been frightful and my door was not opening or closing properly. They sent an email introducing themselves with pictures of their technicians so that I would know who was coming into my home. It is very nice to know who to expect. Brent was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He performed our garage door tuneup, reprogrammed our remotes and installed a new outside keypad. When he left, everything was working perfectly. Later that afternoon, 2 of the openers quit working and the outside keypad wouldn't work. I called Precision Garage Door late in the evening and was told that Brent could come out again the next morning to check out our garage door openers and the keypad. Brent arrived the next day as promised, rechecked the opener, remotes and keypad. They were still operating sporadically and he worked his magic to get them working properly again. I appreciate all the time and effort Brent spent getting our door systems working again. He tried everything! At this point, they are all still working and Brent's final words were please call us back if you have trouble. We will definitely call Precision Garage Door to complete tuneups every year (as they suggest) and when the need arises for a whole new door and or door opener. I like they way they roll!

They did everything right, but after a month or two, the door seems to have a problem. Every now and then it just won't come down. Sometimes it just comes down half way. I don't know if it was Precision who caused that but it only started happening after their maintenance service. The gentleman was really nice, but I don't know if there was something he forgot to do or forgot to reset. It's not every time. It's inconsistent. The funny thing is, when it's really cold, it works just fine!

We were very pleased with the service provided. The technician was very professional and helpful.

It went well. There's nothing that I didn't like. If I had called them directly I wouldn't have had to pay anything. They came out the same day. I was having a problem with a garage door that they had installed. I didn't have a problem paying, he did tell me to go ahead and call them directly and it won't cost me.

He was here when he was supposed to be, and he did everything he said he would. I would hire him again.

They did everything what they said they would do. The garage door and opener were wonderful. I thought it was a pretty good deal. They were very professional. I would recommend them to others.

The price is good. I have used them before for garage door mortars. They are very thorough, professional, show up on time and do what they need to do.

This was great service. The tech showed up promptly and installed the new door opener in about an hour. He then talked to us about what he saw during his inspection and recommended that we replace everything but the door itself. We agreed and this took him about an hour or so longer. The door has been opening and closing quietly and reliably ever since. These guys do great work!

All work was done on time, but some of the rollers were not moving smoothly - the gentleman came back are replace the faulty items the next day at no additional cost.

Precision was able to oil and fix one garage door, repaired a 2nd garage door and even found me an opener that worked on my door for no extra cost! I loved them!
