Description of Work: Replaced 14 year old garage door springs. |did a full replacement of all moving parts not just the springs. |Not inexpensive but they did offer a lifetime warranty. I expect to be in my house for the next 15 years so that was worth the extra money. |The door is much quieter and the work was done very quickly and with an experience technician.

Description of Work: I originally signed up for only a garage door tune up, but the door was too far gone and could not be repaired safely, so I ordered a new door and opener. When their technician arrived a couple weeks later on time, he told me that the windows on the door were delivered to their warehouse broken, and he would just install the door with plain panels and come back in another week or so to install the window section. That meant twice I had to pull my vehicles out of the garage and be there for two (2) afternoons - the house is not my permanent residence. I wish they would have waited until the replacement windows had come in and made it just one trip. Other than that, the technician knew his business and performed extremely well. The doors and opener worked perfectly and the "quiet" rollers are almost silent so there is almost no noise on opening and closing. The technician cleaned up after the install. I don't have the invoice with me here, so the date and cost of the door I chose with an opener is an estimate. Costs vary with the selection of the door and its trim/window level.

Description of Work: Mr. Tommy Gatlin with Precision Garage was actually early for my appointment and he called to see if it was ok to arrive earlier. He put in new parts for my garage door, i.e., double torsion rebuild, 8' 6" torsion cables, roller PDS 4" nylon, drums PDS heavy duty, center bearing, standard end bearing plate set, blk grn pads, red grn pads, 5 year warranty parts, 1 year warranty labor. It took about 45 minutes to an hor. Really a nice guy. He explained everything he was doing and showed me everything when he finished. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone and be sure to ask for Tommy.

Description of Work: The door that we had on the garage was 8 foot tall so the opening had to be brought down to 7 feet so the new door would fit. He also purchased a garage door opener and he also installed it. He did a good job and everything works good and looks really nice.

Description of Work: Replaced the rollers on the garage door. Things went as expected. I was expecting more in the service but I can't blame them for not doing the research ahead of time. The door is quieter which is what I wanted.

Description of Work: The garage door received new QUIET rollers. The garage door opener/motor had to be replaced (not part of the original price), but I knew that was a possibility. New mounted outside door remote was replaced. The new car remotes do not work as well as the previous ones because the angle has to be more exact. All in all a good experience.

Description of Work: In addition to the basic service offered for $99, I requested replacement of the two devices on either side of the lower portion of the garage door that create an electric eye preventing the door from lowering if an obstacle is in the way. The new devices work well. When the service provider left, I found that the door wouldn't lower properly when I activated it, and I called his cell phone. He immediately returned and made a final adjustment. The door has worked fine since then.
