Description of Work: The big deal included servicing the garage door and either replacing the stock rollers with ball bearing rollers or installing a numeric keypad opener. I opted to replace the stock rollers with ball bearing ones. The gentleman was prompt, courteous, and performed a great job servicing the door and its components. I also had him install a new door seal for an additional fee since the old one was in bad shape. Overall, I could not be happier with their work.

Description of Work: I took advantage of their tune up special. They needed to make a repair in the process which was OK. I expected to pay for needed parts but I did not expect to have to pay an additional hour of repair service for something that may added up to an additional 15 minutes of work. I felt take advantage of. |The technician may it known that he did not like working on older garage doors. Our house was built in 1937. |On the positive side, the customer service was courteous and they were very prompt with the service.

I just went back and looked at your work order and it looks like we had to replace the bottom brackets on your door. Although very old doors are tricky to work on and usually present us with a lot of problems, I apologize for your technician letting that be known to you. Charging a full 1 hour of labor is standard on certain repairs, as it is with most other service companies, but I do understand it might not have taken him the full hour to do the repair and it should have been assessed differently since we were already out there for the tune up special you purchased . I will be contacting you to work something out. It is my goal to make sure all our customers are 100% satisfied with our service. -Steve Van Dam
