Description of Work: We made arrangements for them to come out on 10/15/15. 1 hour before they were to show up, they called me and and asked if we could reschedule, I said that was okay.So we reschedule for 10/16/15. They came out on 10/16/15, they did not have the needed parts to do the work and then told me that the job was going to be $200 to $300 more than what I paid for my Angie's List Big Deal. I have requested to cancel and refund my Angie's List Big Deal purchase.

Description of Work: Precision has replaced everything but the door itself over the last couple of years. Obviously I have confidence in them because I keep using them. When they put in the new motor I had problems syncing with my car and they came out immediately and fixed it for me.

Description of Work: Third time this garage door broke in 1.5 years. Outside of warranty period and they offered to fix for 800 and give a lifetime warranty. Complained and they dropped the price to 500. They told me they would send the warranty by mail and several months later still no warranty.
