The experience with Precision Garage Door was a great one and probably not what I had expected it to be. The service tech Brent Halibur arrived early and went right to work identifying the problem with the door opener. After he explained the trouble and made the suggestion that I needed to replace the old unit, I then asked if I could get the service listed on Angie's List at the discounted price and he said that would be ok. I just needed to get it done and give him copy of paper work. Every thing went well and Brent also suggested that due to the custom size of my garage door that a larger unit be installed. I went with his suggestion and I'm glad that I did and now as the door has never worked better. I was very pleased with the service and couldn't have asked for a better tech.

The showed up early! and checked all functions and mechanics of the garage door...attempted to install the keyless entry...but was unable to get it working...so he replaced the rollers(the existing rollers were ready for replacement...I have to say it made my door super quiet). There is some verbiage that says that the keyless may not work..I was truly disappointed...because my opener is only 11 years old...so I called on October 3 and spoke with a manager(sorry I don't remember his name), he said he'd be more than happy to come out and attempt the keyless entry on my door. He came out at the time he specified and was able to get the keyless entry working! Awesome Company! Awesome Customer Service! Awesome Awesome Awesome! They'll be the only garage door company I'll be calling!

They did a great job. They came out the same day I ordered a deal of theirs. The garage door opener is working great and their customer service was great as well.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out really good. He was nice, courteous, and he did a good job. He was early, and he called me ahead of time to tell me he was early, and if it was okay for him to pass by. He was very professional.

My double garage door was in need of repair I thought due to a broken cable. Precision had a technician come out the next day. Unfortunately, the required repairs were more than I expected. However, they were required. The technician showed me what was wrong and what was required to be replaced/.repaired. His work and work attitude were excellent. I am quite satisfied with their performance. However, I thought the costs were a bit on the high end. However, they appear to be a good company and I would use them again.

In addition to the basic services contracted the tech helped me program my car to the garage door. I truly was impressed with the level of professionalism provided. I would definitely recommend and use again!

Arrived on time. Introduced himself. Got right to work and stopped periodically to assess the work he had done. This showed me tat he cared about the outcome of what he was doing. Upon completion he explained the operation of door/remote to me and asked if I had any questions. I did not and we bid each other a good day.

Precision Garage Door came today. The first time we used them we were very happy. They showed up, did their deal. They were quick and it worked. It's more quiet now and runs smoother. It's nice to have the garage door working when it's supposed to work. The last tie I've had somebody, I had to buy a new lift. It just worked out well all the way around. I didn't price put a competitor to do the same work but I figure that coming out, spending an hour or more is an A.

Scheduling the job was very easy. The person was punctual and arrived at 8am sharp. He was thorough in his 25-point inspection which is part of the garage tune-up deal. He also educated me on how to do routine maintainance and lubrication of the doors. He installed the keyless entry pad and showed me how to operate it. Overall a positive experience and will definitely use them in the future.

The young man that came out was Jacob. He worked through horrible weather. He never complained. He was a very hard worker. He was incredible. I received a valpak the day before they came out so I was also able to use that and receive $340 off. I would highly recommend them! You can barley even hear my garage doors now!

Came to front door, told me who he was. Had uniform & was driving panel truck with company logo. Asked me to open garage door. Did what he needed to do, knocked on door into laundry room when finished. Showed me rollers he had replaced and showed me a sample of what they were replaced with and how the new rollers were superior to the rollers in the door previously. Asked me if I had any questions and left.

Very punctual, polite, and professional. Explained work and condition of garage door and opener. Didn't try to sell me anything.

The first time they came out, they had to replace my garage door opener. I had a problem with the lightning hitting the utilities here. And so, they replaced the garage door opener. They were very efficient and timely. They were one of the few company that would come out on a weekend without any extra charge. They were very good. They did a thorough job.

They called quickly to schedule my appointment and did a stellar job of communicating, including the name pf the tech who would be visiting me. The technician was prompt, professional and personable. I will use them again should the need arise.

The tech came right on time. He inspected the door, replaced all the rollers, lubricated all the moving parts and inspected the spring and electric opener. We was professional and very thorough.

All work was performed timely and extremely well.

Having just purchased a new house, one of the garage door remotes provided by the previous owner died almost immediately. I consulted the internet and Angie's List. Precision looked like a solid and reliable company. I contacted them and they were knowledgeable, professional and had the exact remote I needed. They offered me the option of picking it up at their office or having a technician come out to program it for me. I elected to pick it up. Everything was handled very well.

We called Precision as one of three companies to provide an estimate for replacing our wood garage door that was dry rotting on the bottom. One of reasons it needed replacing is a set of bolts had pulled away from the rotting wood. The first two companies came out, told us the loosened bolts were a dangerous problem that could cause serious injury, gave us estimates and left. Sam Green with Precision came out, told us the bolts were dangerous, gave us an estimate, and proceeded to install a temporary fix to the bolts (they can't be repaired) because he just wasn't comfortable with the risk it presented to us in the interim. He took approximately 20 minutes of his time and used company materials to do so. He also explained if we decided to purchase their door they would guarantee it for 5 years and respond 24/7 to any service problems. Based on how Sam had treated us up to that point, we believed him and signed a contract. The door should be delivered and installed within the next 2-3 weeks, and we will post an update then.
