Matt is very professional, honest, and will make sure you don't waste your money on tests that aren't necessary. He is thorough and resourceful and will put your mind at ease as you either choose his service or another. I chose his. He seems to know more about mold and has many areas of expertise within the home than most companies. If he doesnt know it, he'll recommend other competent, reliable, and inexpensive companies or individuals.

Shop. All companies are not the same. I had one come out and look, and determine that it was going to cost me XXX amount of dollars before he even went outside to look. Won't say names, but it started with CAS_. Never heard another thing from the company. Matt has been on top of it from day one. SUPER JOB!

They checked us for mold. We didn't have any. There was NO charge.

Great company. Returned calls or emails in same day. Stayed true to the estimate despite some minor additional work. Kept house very clean. We were selling our house while they were doing their work and were able to do showings without having time to clean after them.

Don't mess around with indivuduals who promise a professional job. Go straight to a professional company and get it done right the first time. I'm a victim of trying to save a buck. In reality, PermaJack did the job over, and right, it cost about the same. Wish I had called them first.

My basement problem was tricky and unusual, but Perma Jack undertook the job and worked consistently and expertly to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. I believe I received my money's worth and more. On more than one occasion because of the very nature of the problem I had the corporate leadership here working on the problem to get it resolved right and right the first time. This contractor was hired to correct finish issues with a patio poured by a different contractor that was not willing to correct their own mistakes. They did a great job of determining the best option to correct the issues and did their work in a professional manner for a fair price. I would recommend them highly.
