The owner was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He was timely and responsive to questions. I felt very comfortable having him fix our gutter and yard drainage issue. His team did a great job.

Amazing work and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again

I never rate 5/5.0 But not only does Matt meet all expectations, he exceeds in all categories. Nice guy, knows the trade, flexible scheduling, exemplary work. Reasonable rates. Even spontaneoulsy followed up with me a few days later to make sure everthing still looked great. If you need this kind of work done, this guy is the best. Bar none.

Quick response

Dealing with Matt, who seems to have the local PermaJack franchise, was very pleasant. He took sufficient time to thoroughly understand my situation and propose an appropriate solution. His quoted price was a bit below the quote from another provider, but that was not the controlling consideration. Rather, my decision resulted from comfort with Matt's proposed work, not saving a few dollars. Matt and his crew arrived for this job a bit earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. As best I can tell at this point, their work stopped water from running off our patio and over the top of the foundation wall, by thoroughly sealing the joint between the patio surface and the brick veneer of our house. They used hydraulic cement as the outermost barrier and water-activated expansion foam, inside the hydraulic cement, in the spaces behind the patio edge and the top of the foundation wall. After the hydraulic cement cures thoroughly, per discussion with Matt, I'll cover their work with Flex-seal, as a third barrier. They also installed a catch basin and discharge line from an area on the patio, where water collected. This required careful digging to avoid hitting electrical, cable and phone lines into our house. Deer left hoofprints in their newly-laid concrete, which the guys from PermaJack filled in later. Everything considered, I'd hire this outfit again, if needed.

Perma jack was prompt and great to work with. Easily explained the options and gave me great options as we were getting ready to sell. Definitely would use them again.

Matt was incredibly friendly and awesome! Our project is currently on hold, but Matt will be our guy once we move forward with our updates. Would recommend him anytime!!!
