We purchased a new gas RUUD water heater from them after our 25 year old water heater decided to give up the ghost. They were able to work around my schedule and arrived on time. We had used NCM before so we know their work is good. Mike came out and installed our water heater with a helper and had it hooked up and going within 2 hours. They were both very friendly to my 3 year old and explained what they were doing to him as if he were an adult (he's very curious). The price was reasonable and we got a better unit for our money than others were offering. We couldn't be happier with the service or the water heater. Will definitely hire again.

I plan on hiring them again soon. They did a great job and explained everything to me in language that could understand. They were kind of expensive but it wouldnâ t have cost so much if I had the work done properly in the first place.

I think that 240:00 was very high to cap a pipe.

Responded to me when no one else did. Came the same day and fixed the problem within an hour.

493 to add a booster to the compressor capacitor. I will let you come to the conclusion of whether this was over priced. 120 per hour for the service.

Very nice on phone. The service tech was very personable and professional and on time. the cost was pretty high, change out a shower valve $457.00 service charge plus labor $389.00 of the $457.00 Most of that was travel time going after the part. Actual job took 15 minutes. If tech did not go for part not on truck it would have been half that amount. I have used Home Advisor before, roof repair and that was $400.00 more than other estimates after the fact. Do you see a pattern starting to form?

I don?t recommend the Ncm. The technician arrived asked to sign a paper without telling what?s about. He processed the job and get the job done with no telling what the cost would be !! Once he get done he would shock you with overpriced bill. He claimed he put 2 lb of freon! But I didn?t see the gage reading before and after. All in all, don?t do business with NCM.

Besides removing a toilet, checking the condition of the floor flange and plugging the opening to the waste line, the service guy gave me a great suggestion for another aspect of my home-improvement project.

Came in was not sure what problem but narrowed it down to a couple of things. Broke project into parts suggest 1,2,3 etc

First time I needed a plumber since living here so I have no one to compare them too.... But I was very satisfied with the work they did.
