I had New Circle our to repair a capacitor in my outside unit last week. The customer service was wonderful, and they even inspected other features of my furnace and plumbing after finishing the repair. Excellent service!

Mike was very knowledgeable and noticed additional plumbing and minor electrical work that needed to be done. The only disappointment was I had to have them perform work over a 3-day period and was charged $90 for the truck visit each day.

Charged a 5% cc convenience fee without telling me. If I had known, I would have paid by check. Bill was almost double quote. Probably triple what I would have paid anyone else and he did not fix or attempt to fix main issue we called for as he didn't know what it was. We heard him grunting and cussing the whole job.

Overpriced

There was zero transparency. The guy installed two light switches then charged me close to $600. There were a few ridiculous fees and an outrageously overpriced parts section for TWO electrical outlet. There was a laughable service call fee of $100 even though home advisor paired me with these clowns. If I would ve known about that BS charge, I would went with one of the other 20 companies that were blowing me up. Stay away from these clowns. It s not worth it. Literally.

NCM came the next day after I called, were extremely knowledgeable, did great work, were pleasant and professional, and I highly recommend them.

The work was done correctly, but the pricing was a little squishy. We were given a maximum estimate based on the time to do the job. When the job took considerably less time, we were still billed the maximum estimate.

Grif called ahead and arrived within the given time frame. Courteous and professional service. Identified problem and gave breakdown of cost to repair. Plan to use them for any future plumbing needs.
