I was quoted 150-300 to install a fan and replace a switch in a closet. I was charged $359. Not a fun surprise.

Quick turn around from intiital call to getting someone sent out for a non-emergency project. Their customer center called me a head of time to let me know and electrician would be arriving in 30-45 mins. The Electrician sent out was great, knowledgable, courteous and showed my interestest were important to him. The work done was good quality from what I can tell. If I was just reviewing the electrician I would give 4-5 stars... I do find the pricing to be too high for the amount of work done. And yes I was aware of the pricing scheme ahead of time. Still for setting an outlet and helping connect the electrical on a new appliance, $350 is quite steep.

We just needed our system cleaned and checked but we still got next day service. The tech answered all our questions and then some. This company was very easy to deal with and we will keep their number handy for future needs.

Rob, of NCM, was very prompt and efficient. He correctly diagnosed the problem, went and got the part he needed and completed the repair in a matter of a couple of hours! I recommend this company wholeheartedly!

Paul was great! He disconnected an old security system. I had him come back 2 days later to fix my ice maker, toilet and a leak under a sink. He was polite knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use NCM again and recommend to friends.
