Shawn and John were very kind and very professional. They did the job fast. Also, they were very patient with me, by explaining in terms I understood.

Went above and beyond in doing some small projects I needed done in addition to fixing my a/c. Was only company I called that would come the very next day. I have health problems and 90 degree weather is very hard for me. They came right away. Others were 4-5 days before they could come. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Spent the whole afternoon fixing want I needed done and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Was very reasonable on their costs. Can't recommend this company enough.

Showed up late - after the two hour window- which I was ok with, although a phone call would have great so my guy could have done something else. Took an hour and half to change THREE outlets to GFCI. We already had the plate covers removed, power off, new outlets provided and package opened and ready to go. Should have only taken 30 minutes tops - and that's being extremely generous- would have done it ourselves, but we needed a licensed electrician. We had an air conditioner being completely removed/installed (2 guys working) during the same time these outlets were being changed. The A/C guys finished their entire visit faster than these three outlets.

I really appreciate the technician, Josh. He was friendly and walked me through the A/C service. It was refreshing to have an honest and reliable technician work at my house.

$95 for 10 minutes work seems high.

Do NOT use this company. I hired them once to install bath lights and ceiling fan. It was a disaster. But I thought that was a fluke because of the positive ratings. The second job was even simpler. Install a light switch on a shared circuit. The technician NEVER showed. I called Jason several times inquiring about the delay. Every time he said the technician would get there right away. 3 HOURS PASSED! He finally admitted that ALL of his technicians were busy on other jobs. he said he would send someone later that night. No one ever came. If you like being lied to, hire this company. Otherwise take a pass.

They came the next day and did it correctly. More expensive than others but you get what you pay for.
