Timely response to inquiry and visit scheduling. Knowledgeable and completed system maintenance quickly with informative education of current functioning status.

Very knowledgeable. Conscientious about quality and safety while aware of cost constraints. I would hire him again.

Told the person that called me that I wanted to replace a Trane thermostat with a Honeywell smart thermostat. Gentleman (Sean) arrive on time; however, wasn't at all familiar with the Honeywell thermostat and the existing wiring. Job that should have taken .5 hours lasted for 1.5 hours and only after going outside and talking to someone on the phone for about 10-15 minutes. He only charged for .5 hours; however, he told me there was also a $59 service fee which I was not told on the phone. Felt that was sort of bait and switch. If I had been told there was also a service fee when I called, I would have tried to find someone else. Terrible people skills by the tech (Sean? Shawn?.
