Quality installation of new faucet and reinstall of disposer in new sink. Excellent workmanship, had to rearrange the plumbing to match the new sink and did a good job, on time and on cost estimate.

The gentleman spent as much time trying to up-sell me on other work as he did repairing my problem.

The charge for doing one toilet was higher than I had for two toilets done before by another company. Cost a little high for me and the workman left the trash of old equipment in our bathroom wastebasket without asking if we would prefer it to be deposited somewhere else.

The whole experience was very positive. I had a list for 5 different items, and the gentleman that arrived went through the whole list and explained that a couple of them would be better solved by me handling personally, saving me money. I would absolutely call them with any issues again.

Very courteous and friendly. Our electrician was Shawn and he was very professional and an expert in his field. I would highly recommend him and his company for all of your electrical needs. They provide many other services but we needed an electrician and he was top notch!

I feel the cost for the service was too high. It was almost triple the average cost and exceeded the max cost by $200. I was charged for 3 hours of service and parts were $197.00 (25 ft. of wire, a breaker, outlet and plug). I estimate those parts to cost $50. I discussed this issue with NCM Inc.

a little late but then aren't they all? They came in, fixed my issue and gave me some tips I had never heard before to lower my propane usage and extend the life of my water heater. I _WILL_ be using them again! and again!

They had to re-schedule the first time they had an appt to come out, but when they came out they were very thorough. It did take them a long time to complete the work and it cost more than we were hoping, but we did have a big problem and it is fixed now. Would probably use them again.
