The technician showed up on time, but as he worked in my home was using foul language (F-word, etc). I'm just glad my kids weren't home. I almost asked him to leave but decided to let him finish.

He did what seems to be a great job, worked on the inside portion to make sure it no longer leaks, and gave some helpful tips for going forward. All in all, I'd recommend them to anyone else.

NCM immediately reached out to me to bid on my job, I accepted. Jason called me the very next morning, and scheduled me for that night. JB showed up, a little late, but for right to work, and resolved my issue quickly. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. I would hire them again in the future.
