Needed a return visit twice. First time was over 5 hrs. late. Didn't call me, I had to call them. The work was shoddy and needed to be redone because tile came loose again. aAd them come back and they did not charge for repair work, but the work they did was substandard, tile came loose again. Will not give them a third try.

The overall experlience with NCM was excellent. The attitude of the technician was excellent (even after working in an extremely tight area). I received a detailed explanation ofl what was going to bel done, how it would be accoplished and a thorough explanation on how to operate the controls, etc to receive the maximum benefit from the installation. The owner was very helpful in making recommendations of what I needed and was easy to work with. I would recommend NCM without reservation to anyone needing any of the services they perform. I will certainly use NCM for any future needs I may have (and I'm not easy to please).

Was way over priced. A small job cost me $175.00. I was quoted $40.00 for s service call and they charged over $50.00, Letting are Home Owners Association know not to use them for anything.
