We were satisfied with their service and I will use them again in the future.

I had a good experience with them. They were very responsive and showed up on time. I liked that they were tree specialists; they gave me a lot of good advice about tree health and that kind of thing. They cleaned up the whole area really well. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Everything went just fine with this company. The guy that came out was really honest with us and told us we didn’t need any work done. They also didn’t charge for the service trip. He could have charged us a couple hundred dollars but he didn’t.

They did the work while I was away. There was a little problem and my husband went to them and called them. They came back and did a great job. They did more than what was asked of them. They are going to replace the tree and give me options. To replace the tree it is going to cost us $450. We are going to use them again though we have not paid them the $450 yet. We are going to do so in the next couple of weeks. When we had a problem they came back and they fixed it.

Went fantastic. Rick is a master robe climber. You practically get your money's worth just watching the crew do excellent work. Limbwalker has done work for us before. Professional. Only down side, estimator could not make it at time appointed, but called to apologize due to heavy storm damage business. Did come the next morning, and the crew arrived that afternoon. Been through a few tree services. Limbwalker is the only company I'll let on my property.

I was delighted with Stephan, who came to evaluate the large ash tree in my front yard. He reassured me that the tree is fine and suggested some steps to take to help it stay healthy and live as long as possible. They will aerate mulch in October and treat for ash borer during the next two springs. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a very late notice of the need to re-schedule, however their re-scheduled appointment went very well. On time, professional and cleaned up the mess. Momma's happy and that's all that counts :^)

The overall work was very nice. The reason why I chose them was because they had the most positive feedbacks on Angie’s List of all the companies that I looked at. They had the most positive reports and people graded them A on all the categories. I would agree with that as they were extremely customer friendly, extremely anxious to please customer’s and extremely knowledgeable. The fact that they were arborist, I really thought though other people had less price but they didn’t know what they were doing. They did a beautiful work. I got a discount of 5% as they had discounts only for Angie’s List customers and that saved me money. They were exactly on time.

Workers came on one of our hottest days of the summer and the team of Rick and Nick were excellent. Rick was the climber and cutter and went all the way to the top of the branch to thin things out. He was very thorough, very careful not to let anything come down on the roof and communicated with me throughout the process. Did everything I hoped would be done and eliminated my worry that something might come down in a future wind or ice storm.

Limbwalker Tree Service sent a certified Arborist to my home to evaluate and give options for my Bradford Pear tree in my front yard. He explained the different options and gave me a quote for each. After picking the option I wanted, he gave me the instructions for setting up a date for having Limbwalker come out and remove my tree. I called my electric company to have my service dropped from the street to my house (which Limbwalker lowered the price of my service for having this done prior to them removing my tree). I then called Limbwalker and set up my date for them to come an cut the tree down. Limbwalker was set to arrive between 9:00 am and 9:30 am and the 3 man crew actually arrived at approximately 9:10 am. They were very professional and let me know how the process would proceed. They also advised me that during the removal process to have them stop if I had any issues that needed addressing. After surveying the project for about 20 minutes, they got right to work. I was very pleased to see that they took every safety precaution while removing my tree. The worked very good as a team, communicating throughout the whole removal process. There was one person up the tree removing limbs while another was on the ground tethering limbs and securing the tree. The third person was cleaning the limbs as they were being removed but was always available to help the other two people when needed. It took them approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes to complete the job. I thing that was longer than they had anticipated but they never approached me saying the my bill would have to be adjusted due to the extended time taken in removing the tree. After the tree was completely cut down, the Limbwalker went to work on making sure all the limbs and clippings were cleaned prior to them leaving. The raked, swept, and used a blower to get all the trash removed. After all that was complete, they made sure that everything was to my liking prior to them leaving. They also let me know that they would return at a later date to remove the stomp. I work third shift and the day they return to remove the stomp, the just went right to work without knocking on my door. I like that since all they were doing was grinding the stomp. I don't thing I needed to be present for that to happen. I'm sure they would have alerted me if any problems would have arose. After all services were complete, their office contacted me to make sure that all services were to my satisfaction prior to them sending the invoice. Overall, Limbwalker is a professional tree removing service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any type of tree service done. They are not just for removing trees. They will give you options and suggest the best course of action for your situation. Total for my service was $950 dollars but they included a coupon for $25 dollars off. For the work that was done I think that is a very fair price. I have two other Bradford Pear trees in my back yard and will be using Limbwalker Tree service to address those trees in the future.

I received an on-site estimate from one of their Arborist . I was called the next day with a scheduled work date. The crew was on time and performed the work within the estimated time.

This took place at our rental home. I didn't speak with them but our tenant said they were very professional and nice. I will consider them in the future.

What stood out to me was that they remembered me. I had a tree issue about a year ago. They came out and took care of that. I had them come out and do a check up half way through the year. Then when this tree fell over they came back out and he remembered me, I mean specific details. It cost a little more than some other places but I thought the level of service was very high. It was all very well done. They were a little expensive but I thought they gave what you paid for.

Limbwalker was excellent. They seem to be one of the premier providers in town. They were punctual and priced accordingly. They gave us a ton of information on how healthy the tree is and how long the tree would last before it would die. They were very helpful!

Excellent job. The crew (3) was very professional, worked quickly, did no "collateral damage", and cleaned up the leaves, twigs, and sawdust.

My family received several quotes from other tree service companies to remove a 50 foot white pine tree from the front yard ($900 to $2500). It started leaning soon after the ice/wind storms of 2009 and gradually got worse. One company took a deposit, removed a few limbs and never returned. My neighbor recommended someone, who supposedly had insurance, but did not when pressed for a copy of the policy. Exasperated, we turned to Angie's List and found Limbwalkers. Limbwalkers provided a quote within a few days. Since the tree was close to power lines, they suggested calling LG&E first. To our surprise, LG&B took down all the branches the next day...leaving 3 large limbs and the main truck. This saved us a lot of money. Limbwalkers requoted the remaining job at $450 and we scheduled the job. TJ and crew, arrived on time, and came prepared with the right equipment. We were worried about someone getting hurt, but to our relief, Limbwalkers had all the protective gear to do the job safely. They even cut two sections of the trunk for side tables. We hated to see the dear old pine tree go, but very pleased with the job Limbwalkers did for us. Every last branch was removed and the debris cleaned from the driveway. Nice guys, professional and worked quickly. We plan to use them again to brace a tree in the back yard and remove the stump from the pine.

We hired Limbwalker to climb our large trees and cut down branches. They were fascinating to watch and the trees looked fantastic after they were done. Since they trimmed the oak tree, we have had not downed branches to clean up in storms. Also, our new trees are much more full thanks to the air-knifing with compost and fixing the grade. The crew was pleasant to work with and are amazing at their job of climbing huge trees.

I found them on Angies List. They were very good. They came when they said they would. They were very neat and professional. They did exactly what they said they would. I felt that they were very satisfactory. Their pricing was fair. They were very knowledgeable. I was not there when they actually did the work. I spoke to them when they gave me the price quote and my interaction with them was satisfactory.

I will have more information to share after we have the fall treatment for our oak tree.

I've had them do quite a bit of work. They were also here last week to do some work. Two years ago I bought a property that had a lot of old trees and some of them had storm damage or were in bad shape so they have done a lot of work. I haven't gotten the bill for the last work. They did a good job and I think it will be healthy for the tree and it is looking better since the time they started working on it a year ago. They are not the cheapest but I think they are the most knowledgeable. They care about the tress and want them to be healthy. As soon as I call they send an arborist out talk to me about what I want to have done. He might make suggestions and they give me estimates. Then they schedule the work within a couple of days.

The company came out very quickly after they were called to give an estimate. When we contracted them for the work, they kept in touch throughout the process of removing a VERY large tree trunk in my back yard. They were friendly, professional, and thorough in both their estimate process and the actual work done. They answered all my questions and I would definitely use them again.

I have an approximately 55' sugar maple tree that was planted in October of 1981. It had some broken limbs (we've had hard winds and ice storms). I also have a crape myrtle (which is huge & broad). I contracted with this company, and got someone out right away to provide me with estimates. The price was reasonable (in line with what anybody would charge). I had to wait until the winter before they could do anything with these trees (because of the sap flowing). They arrived in the winter, trimmed up my sugar maple, and did a beautiful job. They also trimmed my crape myrtle as well, which was also a beautiful job. The technicians were extremely efficient, and after they finished the job, they cleaned up every last limb and twig. Before they left, they asked me if there was anything else they could do, but because they did such a wonderful job, there was nothing else they could do. I'm happy with their services and I would highly recommend them to others.

This is the second time I've used them. Their estimate was right on the money, so there were no surprises. They arrived exactly on time. They offered me helpful advice for the care of the trees and want to interact with the customer. They were great at cleanup. My yard looked better after they left than before. I will continue to use them as needed and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
