They do a really good job and really seem to know what they are doing.

The guy that came out for the quote was very nice and informative. They called the day before they came. The guy that came was very nice, got right on the job, and cleaned up all of the debris. I would use them again.

They have a guy that is like tree surgeon and he knows what he is doing and then he brings his crew out. They are very good. I spent probably $500 or $600 because I had trees taken down and limbs cut because the trees needed to be trimmed. I like the fact that a guy comes out who knows all about trees and he has an education. He is an arborist. They cleaned up very nicely. They were very fast.

I think that everybody who works for them is an arborist, so they know what they are doing. I think they have got one of those Best of Louisville awards.

All of their workers are arborists. They were very professional, safety-conscious, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything beautifully, and it was a joy to do business with them. I thought their price was reasonable for the what they did. They were the best.

They are really clear about what they are willing to do. They don’t do more than that and then charge a lot. They are polite guys. They try to save the trees as much as possible. They don’t come in and chop everything. They really know trees and try to shape them up. We had problem with squirrels in the attic and they were coming in from a tree, so we had to cut that back. They were able to come and do that pretty quickly so that they couldn’t get to the roof. They have come at least 3 times since storm damage and other kind of things. They are very good, all of them. The guys climb up trees is fun to watch. They don’t seem to be over priced. It is usually hard to get these people. I would use them in the future.

I would give them A’s across the board. I would recommend them. I would use them in the future.

I had three estimates on three trees in 2011. On the very large one about 4 feet from my house that required a crane, Limbwalkers was by far the lowest estimate (plus they had a coupon on Angie's List). They came when they said they would for both the estimate and the actual cutting down, they were amazingly quick, very competent, and cleaned up afterward. I would definitely call them again for a similar job.

They did an excellent job. The company has probably the best ethics out of all the tree services in the area. They only use highly trained, certified arborists. The employees really stress safety, and the owner of the company makes sure of this. They are very professional, and do quality work.

Were prompt, very professional. Three-man crew were fast, safe. Actually provided more trimming than the estimator detailed. Cleaned up to where your wouldn't know they had been there.

It is going well. Limbwalker has a friendly staff, offers flexible scheduling, and makes the yard look better than when they found it.

The arborists explained what the problem was and that the issue was not with the tree roots. They did not do any work for me. They went above and beyond and wrote up a letter explaining the issue so I could provide that for my neighbor.

They came out and cut down the limb. It was not a simple job, they had to climb up into the tree to get it down. They were very professional and hard working. They gave me a quote, and then a week later sent me my bill and there were no surprise charges. I would hire them again in the future if I ever needed!

They haven't finished the major part of the work yet.

It was very good. They are certified arborists and they did a great job. When I had a question they answered it and they actually climbed up in the tree instead of bringing a crane into our yard. We probably could have gotten a cheaper company, but the price was great for the service that we got.

This is my third experience with Limbwalker Tree Service. I wish I had used them for earlier tree trimming and removal needs, before becoming acquainted with their company. Their staff is very well trained in their craft, as well as safety methods. Limbwalker will work to fit a budget, if at all possible and perform the work on time and to the owners satisfaction.

As with all of our dealings with Limbwalkers--it was easy as pie.

I like everything about Limbwalker. They are on time, they are punctual, they are professional and they are extremely knowledgeable in what they are doing. They are all certified arborists. They know how to do the job. They know what the trees need and how they should be taken care of. They are extremely clean. They have been out one other time and cut the limbs of a tree up on my roof. They went and actually pruned the limbs so that it would not be up on the roof, rather than just taking the blade and cutting the tree down. They did not do like companies do that go along the highway do. In fact, you cannot tell that it has been pruned; it just does not have leaves or limbs on the roof anymore. The tree shape was not affected. They cleaned up everything; you never even could tell that they were here. Their pricing is fine. I would absolutely use them in the future. In fact, I have asked if they would do spring maintenance on my trees, to come around and fertilize them, and check for diseases and bugs or anything. I have already made arrangements to have the guy come out and look at what all needs to be done in the spring.

They have got many good reviews and an awesome rating. I have used them for years and I don’t call anybody else. They charged me $400 for the last service. They are very prompt and knowledgeable. They work with me as far as price goes and what I can do to help keep my cost down. They left a bunch of branches instead of chopping them and taking them away so that we can just cut them up and put them in our fire pit. The thing that struck me the most about them is their safety. The very first time when they came out, all the guys had ear protection. They used that to protect their ears from the noise of the chippers. They also had eye protection. I have young boys who like to watch the workes trim the trees. The Limbwalker employees actually came over and offered ear plugs to me and my boys so our hearing wouldn't be damaged while we watched. I really appreciate that they always wear helmets. Chris is the guy who owns the company. He really takes the time to explain everything. He will give you all the options. They just do a great job. They do what they say they are going to do. They get in and get out. They clean it up. There is nothing bad that I can say about them.
