Description of Work: As we were opening the garage door to take a short trip to visit relatives, one door spring broke making it impossible to open the door. The Lewis mechanic, Johnny, arrived within an hour and had two new springs installed and the door properly aligned within another hour. We were very pleased that our trip was only postponed for two hours.

Workmanship was excellent.
Description of Work: Groupon was for a "tune-up" on the garage door. By the time the service tech talked my wife into all of the "deficiencies" he found, I was out over $200.00. It seemed to me to be the old bait and switch; We'll sell you a Groupon for $50, but then tell you more work is needed when we get to your home.

We appreciate your feedback. We would like to note that we make recommendations based on 40 years of garage door experience. When we see that a part is broken or worn out, we make recommendations based on making the customer's door work the best it possibly can. Customer's have the right to refuse any recommendations we make. In this case, the springs were recommended to be changed due to one of them being broken.

Description of Work: The responded promptly, came when promised and fixed the problem. The person did not make a pressured sale but made a couple of suggestions and I took him up on his suggestions because he seemed to be very professional.

Description of Work: The company removed my old metal rollers on my garage door and replaced them with their rubber rollers claiming this was going to make a dramatic difference in my noise levels when my garage door opened and closed. It made little or no difference. Garage doors are still very noisy. I had to leave before the work was completed, the technician told my wife that I needed to do something additional to really quiet the doors. So I feel as though I wasted my 200. The technician did replace a bolt on one of my doors that helped with the opening and closing of that door.

WE'RE A REPEAT CUSTOMER. THEY CAME AND INSTALLED MY GARAGE DOOR TO BEGIN WITH. THEY WERE REALLY QUICK AND REALLY GOOD, THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY. I THINK THEY WENT OVER AND ABOVE WHAT THEY HAD TO DO. HE GREASED ALL THE ROLLERS ON THE DOOR AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. I THINK THEY DID A REALLY GREAT JOB.
