Everyone I spoke with and dealt with were very NICE! They were on time and very professional, even cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I greatly appreciate honest, friendly people!!!

Lewis Door was recommended by a trusted contractor doing work on our house . The estimate and installation went as scheduled, the product and workmanship are top notch. I am referring them to my parents for a new door. 1/2/215, Since completing work at my house Lewis has replaced garage doors on my sisters and my parents house. I have also had them replace the entrance "man" doors on mine and my parents garage. All work was done on time, as quoted, and all parties were very happy with the final product.

I called Lewis Door Service at 8:30 AM and my garage door was fixed by 1:00 PM the same day! I received an accurate estimate. John, the repairman, explained the problem and how he was going to repair the door. Very professional and knowledgeable,. What was replaced was better quality that when the door was new....

I called several companies in the area to receive a quote and see samples. I knew this style of door was going to cost me a lot and I wanted to see a sample. Most garage door companies do not know much about this style of door and were not knowledgeable about the type of glass used by the manufacturer. Chris at Lewis door was kind enough to request a sample glass and drive it to my my house so I could inspect. He was the only company out of 5 who did this. The other sales guys at the other companies must have felt it was too much work to assist. The overall experience was very good. The installers were professional and tidy. I intend to use them on my next upcoming garage / shop build.

I called Lewis Door Service around 10:00am asking if they could send someone out to look at my garage door. It was stuck halfway up and would not move. The person on the phone said they would send someone out between 12:00 and 2:00. The men arrived, looked up at the door opener, told me that I had one that was at least 15 years old.( Actually it was made in 1993) They had me push the button so they could see what the opener would do. They told me and showed me what it did and what it was suppose to do. They checked everything, and put in a new door opener for me. My old one had finally bit the dust. They also were kind enough to look up the coupon on Angie's List, because I couldn't remember what the coupon said.

I called spoke with a Chris. He gave me an esitmate with a catalog of products. We picked out what we wanted.The next day they came out and put in a garage door. He said someone would be out the next day to put the entry door in. The next day someone came out and put the entry door in. Overall the experience went very well. Very professional.

My garage door would go up but not down. I called and they came out the same day. The tech was smart, had spare parts on his truck, and had me back in business in an hour. Very pleased.

Great experience! I called this company upon recommendation from Angie's List after finding my garage door not working. I called abotu 11:30 today and they had somebody out to my home by 12:15pm. Frank was very nice and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem as a broken shaft and gear. I had described my problem over the phone initially, and the price ($130)was very close to the estimate of $125. I also a keypad that was not working, and it was discovered that it only needed a new battery. Overall cost was $133.50 and they were done by 1:00pm! I would not hesitate to call them again in the future. Highly recommend!!

We had been living with an OLD Sears opener for our garage and no remotes for our vehicles. I called to get a new opener for our garage and to have the guys take a look at our existing door that I assumed was in need of replacement. Easy appointment set-up over the phone on the initial call. Sean showed up exactly in the appointment time they quoted, spent plenty of time with me answering questions, making suggestions, and was honest and upfront. He wrote a detailed estimate on-site, discussed options, and we called the next day to give them to go-ahead for a full new install of a garage door and opener. No issues whatsoever in scheduling, they were ready to go. The installer called twice on the morning of the appointment - great communication. Took the old junk down and hauled it off and installed everything else (tracks, door, opener, new flashing outside, keypad, programmed the car openers.) Polite, professional, smooth, easy to deal with, and fast. There was a small mix-up and they forgot to bring the one window panel of the new door, but another guy brought it right out - no delays at all! I didn't get another quote for the work because I was confident with them. Would absolutely use Lewis Door again AND suggest to their services to anyone!

The job went very well. I called them on a Thursday, they showed up on Friday to look at the job and provide a quote. On the following Monday the new door was installed by late afternoon. Excellent service.

Also agreed to replace my seal at the bottom of the door at no charge, if they agreed I had the right thing at the time I made the appointment. I had purchased the seal material, just needed to install. While both the person I spoke with on the phone and the actual person who came out had reservations about the seal I had working, when I insisted it be installed to see if it would work, lo and behold, it did. The man who came to the house was knowledgeable and punctual.

The man adjusted the tension on my door and replaced the rollers. He left and it was in better shape than when he came. It was very quick and easy

Called office at 8:30 am and asked to have someone repair garage door in the next couple of days. Set up a time window between 3 and 4 pm. Technician came at 3:00 pm and completed the job in a couple of hours. Technician was very friendly and professional.

It went great. Left them a voice mail late Tuesday night, Mary Beth called me a few minutes after 8am on Wednesday morning, and someone was there to fix the door around 9:45 that same morning. Great service! Will definately use them again in the future!

We called them on a Tuesday night and left a message. The next morning at 8 A.M. they c alled back and we had a technician at our house within an hour! He was very thorough and checked the whole garage door. He did an outstanding job and we couldn't be more pleased. The price was really good and the service and promptness were out of this world!

A very professional, informative, personable technician John arrived at my home within a few hours of my call to Lewis Door Service to install my new opener for my very heavy to lift 2 car garage door that stopped working last night. He was here only a couple of hours and explained very thoroughly the operating instrucions for the keypad, electronic eye sensors, wall pad lock out features which were all new to me as my old unit was 20 yrs old and was put in when we built the house. He also assured me that should I have any questions or concerns that anyone who answered the phone there, even the receptionist would be able to answer 98% of any questions. I was really glad the first place that I had used before told me after I had given them the work order this morning then called back with a question and told them I hadn't recived a call from the installer to schedule installation yet that they told me "it will probably be next week before they call you..you just called me this morning" I very highly recommend Lewis and they will be the first place I call in the future.
