Work was fine but price was high.

No problems.

Bought the deal on the furnace inspection, but they never called me to set it up. Had to pay someone else to to do it.

NOTE: We currently live out of town; this is our retirement home. Our daughter was present four times for appointments. KY Energy Pro did the 22-point furnace inspection, and would have received an A rating except: Serviceman called to cancel the first appointment because he was still finishing another job. Then another person came who did the inspection the following week, on time and very nice. Determined that safety repairs needed to be done. Appointment set. Called before appointment to say he was running a few minutes late and asked what they were supposed to do, since order said "inspection." (I made appointment with the office and was very clear who did the inspection and what he said needed doing.) Serviceman did not have parts needed for the repair. He did make the second repair appointment on time and did the repairs. Final bill not yet received, but it looks like he did a good job.

Very professional and punctual. Did a thorough job cleaning the furnace and also educated me on routine maintenance. Will definitely use them in the future.

Representative came out and assessed my system. Turned out there was not enough room to install the humidifier. Explained the issue to me in an honest and thorough way. Was very courteous. Appreciated the honesty! Only service performed was the assessment.

Company missed first appt and had to reschedule. Came for 2nd appt and determined that they couldn't install the humidifier because my heater is in the attic over our garage which is unheated. The water lines that would be required might freeze in the unheated space. We discussed other options and the rep promised he would get back to me with an estimate for a different system. I have not heard from him. As new owners, we did not have an annual maintenance contract so we discussed that with him and paid for a 1 yr contract for spring & fall 2014. He said he had done an inspection of the system for this fall.

Very please with the service. Troy took the time to explain the various functions of the furnace parts. He also made a recommendation regarding my air conditioner.

I would never recommend this company because no one ever showed up or called after rescheduling for the second time.

Called and said they would be late then called again and said they could not make it and rescheduled a week later. I had someone sitting there waiting on them so they could come in and do the work so that person kind of wasted a day hanging around. They Offered $100 coupon for inconvenience. Have not seen that yet. They did show up and did the job at the agreed price. Other than the late thing, I would give them an A.

Great experience with the company. They set up an immediate appointment to inspect our operating system. Found out our layout would not suit their product without redoing a lot of duct work at additional expense. Were very cooperative when I asked for a refund.

Provider called upon arrival, introduced himself, performed required duties and explained to me what was being done and how the system works. He gave a me recommendation on what I may consider fixing in the future. He also provided information on a maintenance agreement. Excellent Service.

Arrived on time. Very professional and thorough. Left the area cleaned than it was when he arrived.

It was great. The guy who came was just fantastic. He was knowledgeable and he knew right away. It was really hot that day so it was nice that he did it right and quick. Their pricing was very reasonable. It was a very positive experience.

There was an additional charge of $85 to $90 to the big deal of $35 because they had to replace an electrical item in the box that controls the air conditioner. They did not charge me for the Freon they added. They did an excellent job, were very professional, and very clean. That was the first time I had used them. Everything was good. Everything was positive. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was OK. There really wasn't anything they could do to help us, not because of them, it's just our air conditioning unit isn't going to perform any better. We need it replaced.

They did not perform the service I paid for. They said that Angie misinterpreted their serviced offered, and would not keep contract. I have already paid for the service, with Angie's List, and have not received a refund.

Punctual and brought a technician. Informed me about problem with the ducts. Will have someone check these later.

They pulled out all extra duct work. My duct system was all over the place. They tied it up so I wouldnt lose so much going up and down. They worked around the insulation co on the same day. I got up there and looked it was all as straight as possible. I noticed more air flow in the home. Great work would recomend

From start to finish, he and his staff was refreshing compared to some contractors, they did not feel like strangers in my home. They were respectful of my carpet, keeping their shoes clean. They also pointed out other things as an FYI. I recommend this company! Thank You Steve!
