Description of Work: My air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer. Two gentlemen came out changed some wires and "VIOLA" it was working. They did tell me my air conditioner unit was on on its last and that I would definitely need to replace it. Well I made it though the summer Thank God, but when I replace it I will be calling KY Energy Pro LLc to do it.

Description of Work: We had this service performed during an usual cold snap. The provider had to reschedule the service due to short staff but that did not present a problem for us as this service was not an emergency. Overall it was a very professional job and they would have performed the service as scheduled if rescheduling had been a problem for us.

Description of Work: I couldn't have asked for a more professional response. The technician was friendly, considerate and the ultimate professional. He made some useful suggestions for a small amount of additional prep work that either his company or my regular company could do. No pressure just a helpful suggestion. Since I'm under contract with another Angie's List A rated company, I called and had them do the prep work. If I were not already under contract with this other company, I would definitely hire this company as my full time heating and air-conditioning experts! They were great and I'm very pleased with their work!

Description of Work: The service provider called and wanted to know what was wrong with my air conditioner. I told him that there was nothing wrong with my AC, but I wanted a service check. He told me that it would cost an additional $70.00. I canceled the appointment and I am requesting a refund on the coupon that was not used.
