The only reason I gave them a "B" for punctuality, they were suppose to come out the day before and I wasn't notified that it would be the next day. I do not have any complaints.

The initial inspection revealed repairs were not a viable option. They offered to repace the guttering but did not pressure me when I decided to do only part of the house. As a landlord I cannot always be at the house when repairs are made and they agreed to bill me which I paid promptly because I will need their services again someplace else.

Please see preceding comments but overall it was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. I would reemploy these folks in a heartbeat.

I called Kevin to come out and give me a quote on fixing or replacing siding that was damaged in a storm. He inspected the damage and quickly nailed the slats back into place, gave me a quote on replacing all of my siding and then did not charge me for the small repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, on-time and great to work with. I would call him again.

Very professional sales experience. However, I was not informed of the use of subcontractors to perform the work. This upset me a little, but the work was completed as agreed to. The subcontractors found that the original salesman had not seen some rotten wood, which was a $100 unforseen charge. Overall, the experience was good. However, I did only give a B on Professionalism due to the use of subcontractors.

Did a great job, at a great value. We had 2 other estimates but one came in too high and the other came in too low. He was very professional. Cleaned up after himself. The gutters are doing their job. We were so impressed that we will be hiring him again to put doors on our house. Honest. Timely. Gets the job done.

The wood trim on our house looked terrible - I didn't want to repaint because I knew it would eventually need to be painted again - I was looking for a permanent fix. We contacted R.K Lynch Vinyl Products. The owner, Kevin Thompson met us at our house a couple of days later. He went around and measured the house, then discussed options with us. He spent a great deal of time talking to us (we had a lot of questions). He went through color samples with us and was very patient as we were choosing our gutter/vinyl colors. He gave us a contract with a price based on what we decided, which we agreed to. Kevin had to order all of the supplies prior to the work being performed. Once the supplies were in, they were delivered to our house and the work started. On day one, when the work started, one of the workers told us that our roof was damaged pretty bad. We had gone through MANY hail storms without ever getting it checked, and we never got up to look at the roof ourselves, so we were glad that he pointed it out (some of the damage was so bad that it was shocking that we didn't have any leaks in the house). He had my husband climb the ladder to show him some of the damage. They continued the work on the vinyl covering and gutters and we scheduled some time to talk to Kevin on our roof options. He came over and brought shingle samples, explained the difference in the type of shingles (standard 3-tab vs dimensional). We made a selection (a nice dimensional shingle since it was only slightly more than the 3-tab). The supplies were ordered. The crew continued working on the gutters and vinyl. It is important to note that the vinyl wrap and the slats that were placed under all of the overhangs are cut as the work is being done - the machine was in our backyard. This is done to make sure that everything is custom; they don't put anything plain on the house - they cut and mold items so that there is detail in every piece that they are putting up. The vinyl and gutter work was finished in a little over a week. At that point, the roofing began. The same crew came to work on the roof - the old roof was torn off, and then they prepared the house for the new roof. Replacing the roof took a couple of days; on day one, after removing the old roof, they prepped everything to make sure the house is protected from the elements (in case it were to rain). I would definitely use RK Lynch again in the future - I have already recommended them to one friend who also needed a new roof and she ended up using them as well. To me, it's very important to have an open line of communication with the owner as well as the crew workers and I feel like Kevin (the owner) and the crew did that for us - Anytime we called Kevin, he promptly returned our call and he was very patient with us (we probably had more questions than a lot of people since this is the first time we had ever had work like this done before). Everyone who showed up to do work was very courteous. There were a few times when my husband or I had questions, and they would take the time to talk to us and address our questions. The quality of all of the work was superb - the outside of our house looks so much better - new roof and detailed vinyl covering the ugly wood trim that we had. The price for both jobs was pretty close - The roof was about $4800, the siding and gutter work was around $4600.

They did really good work and we are happy with it. The quality of work they did a really good job.

Things went well. I would like to have had the repairs finished before some of our really rainy days, but the delays were plausible. We were pleased with how the repairs were done. The color of the new drainspouts is a very close match to our old ones that been painted over. They look fine with the existing pieces. It took a little longer between the estimate and the actual work, but this is the Christmas season and suppliers' hours were irregular with early closings; some other things interfered as well. When Kevin did arrive, he worked quickly and effiently to complete the job.

The experience was fine. They were quick to come out and do the work.

They were quick to give meet me in order to give me a quote and told me exactly when they were going to do it. Great quote, great service, great experience!

Our home inspection revealed that a section of gutter and a downspout would need relocated and replaced. Kevin was prompt and gave us an estimate which was better than 2 other local competitors. Very professional and knowledgeable even took the time to educate us on his product and procedures. Although he was completely booked he managed to work us in his schedule in order for us to complete our laundry list of items to finish before we could close on our new house. He came out and installed the new gutter and downspout in no time. It looks great and and his workmanship shows. Great quality of work and very reasonable pricing. We were so pleased and impressed while he was there we scheduled him to come back and install new gutter and gutter guard to the entire house and put vinyl siding and trim on the garage.

We got Kevin's name from friends who had their gutters replaced by him and had a great experience. We called and he came out within a week to do the estimate. Three weeks later we mailed in the estimate/contract and a date was scheduled. Due to rain, Kevin was a little behind schedule, but a crew came out on a Saturday morning to do the work. The gutters look great and we've had no issues. The price was exactly what the estimate was.

A message was left for the company and was returned promptly in order to schedule a date and time for an estimate. Kevin Thompson arrived as promised, gave a very fair estimate, and also advised what he would do to make the downspout and gutter more efficient as well as nicer looking. We notified Kevin we would like for him to do the work, and he gave us a window of 2 days that he would show up to do the job. He did not make it the first day, however he came the second day as promised being one of 2 days and completed the work in an hour. Not only does the job look extremely professional, as he is, but works as it should. We most definitely would hire this company again and highly recommend them.

We realized we have water damage inside an interior bedroom wall, and suspected that the problem lay with water somehow getting in around an outside window, or through a problem with the siding. Kevin from RK Lynch Vinyl Products came to our house as soon as he could, checked our gutters and cleaned them, secured them to the side of the house where they weren't firmly secured, and then saw that the source of our water problem was that the window hadn't been caulked at the bottom when it was installed some years back. About a quarter inch gap existed at the bottom of the window where there should have been a seal. He caulked it, then checked a second, similar window (which was fine). Kevin was friendly, informative and helpful. He came when he said he would, found what seems to be the problem immediately, and even fixed it - and didn't charge us a penny! I would definitely use RK Lynch Vinyl Products for any window, gutter or vinyl siding issues in the future. I was really impressed.

Phone calls were always returned in a timely manner; there was no pressure, no pushiness; great suggestions were made for improvements; everyone was courteous and professional. Excellent company!

First of all, I was doing this on behalf of my condo association, we had noticed that a section of gutter on our 3 story rooftop had failed, and that water was now cascading down the lower roof, rather than flowing appropriately into the lower roofs gutters. While inspecting this, we realized that there was no downspout whatsoever on another section of roof, so the same issue was occurring there. I called up 5 gutter contractors that I found on Angies list, and in the end was only able to get timely responses from 2 (some didn't even call me back). Kevin from RK Lynch called me back almost immediately and showed up on time and quickly to put together a bid for us. The other vendor that bothered to come out and give us a bid took a few days to get back to me, and quoted me literally double the price for the same amount of work (not to mention was very lacking in professional appearance). Kevin from RK Lynch took a look at the gutters and the situation and even suggested we use irrigation pipe from the bottom of the downspout to the lower gutters to save cost. The only thing I would say is that it took a fairly long time once we accepted the bid for RK Lynch to come out and get the work done, but, based on how hard it was to even get some of the other vendors to call me back, I think they have all been really busy this summer. In the end, RK Lynch's crew came in and cranked out the entire repair in one day (they called 3 days in advance to let us know they were coming). No one had to let them in or supervise them and they did a great job. They invoiced us quickly, and it was at the exact amount they estimated. Overall, very professional and we will be calling them if we ever need gutter repairs or replacement again.

I called the company on the same day I had terminated business with "A" Seamless Gutter Company, to have them come out and give estimates for the above work listed. Kevin came out that afternoon as discussed, took measurements, worked up a price, and presented his offer. We immediately signed on to have them do the work as #1 we had a written contract, #2 the price was excellent for the work to be done, #3 We had an exact start/finish date. I received a call one day earlier than expected, asking if they could go ahead and start on the job at hand (I have never heard of a contractor wanting to start early, but I was very happy to hear this). Individuals came out and got right to work, cleaned up each day, and were finished on time as stated. The only way you could tell anyone was there, was the excellent work they had done for us. Once finished, they went back over, and wiped off any smudge marks they might have left behind. Our neighbors and friends were amazed at how great everything looks. If there was a way to give an A+ rating I would. I have passed along Kevin's information to other friends and family and would call them first for any additional work before calling anyone else.

RK Lynch did a great job and my wife and i were very pleased with the finished product. I couldn't recommend their services more highly.

After a terrible experience with another outfit, we contacted R K Lynch and we couldn't be more pleased. They responded to our inquiry instantly, quoted a price that was extremely competitive, and started and completed the job when they said they would. Workmanship was outstanding. They even included some extra services at no charge and cleaned up the mess left by the other guy.

First off, Kevin Thompson (the owner) was very prompt at coming out and giving me an estimate. His bid for the gutters and siding came in about $700 below the other bid I got (and several thousand dollars below what a nationally known gutter company's high-pressure salesman quoted). He noticed two problems (flashing and lead boots), one of which I already knew about, and suggested fixing them. He itemized his quote and made it clear that I could pick and choose the pieces I wanted done. The crew that came out did a very good job. They cut the metal off site one day and then spent about a day and a half on site doing the job. Each day when they left, they cleaned up, stacked their ladders and supplies, etc. When they were finished, they left things almost spotless. The only minor downside to the whole job was that it took about a month longer to complete than I'd hoped. That was primarily due to excessive rain this spring, but I had to call a couple of times to get updates and make sure we were on the schedule. Kevin was always good about returning calls, so no complaints there.

We called for an estimate on a Wednesday. They came Thursday and the work was completed early the following week. They were prompt, polite and did a great job. The clean was nearly perfect.

These folks are truly professional. From the start of getting an estimate, and discussing the replacement windows they provided detailed information about the product and a thorough explanation of what I was getting for my money relative to some other competitors that I had researched. They even arranged a home visit to demonstrate the product. Installation was arranged earlier than I had hoped for as the windows came in earlier than planned. On the day of installation their crew arrived on time and were very professional. I assume this job would take most of the day as I live in a second floor condominium. A little over four hours later I got a call at work from the foreman telling me they had completed the job and were leaving the premises. They did a magnificent job on the installation and even hung the blinds back up. I would highly recommend R.K. Lynch.

They were prompt and professional with the response to my request for recommendations and an estimate on gutter guards. I appreciate that they did not charge extra for the gutter cleaning (I had some excessive dirt built up and clogged downspout.) They installed the gutters as promised, within about 2 weeks after I returned the paperwork. It has been working well for the past few months, and I believe they used a quality product. However, my two concerns are that: 1) They did not call to inform me of the date...the gutters were simply done when I got home from work, and 2) They left small piles of dirt/grime from the cleaning process in my and my neighbors' yards. It was not excessive, and I'd surely recommend their services again. However I'd clarify these two items at the time of the initial agreement.
