I have no idea whey this business has so many 5 star reviews, my guess is that they are fake. That said, this is the WORST business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The owner is a terrible person. I have to dumb this review down quite a bit to communicate to him: didn't return calls in a timely manner, late, his employee was confused on how to do his job, I think he cut corners to save time and money, and finally, the siding looks cheap. I have to contact another home improvement business to fix the terrible work. So, more money down the drain! don't hire him, just don't.

He is Rocket man and done in minutes. He is ontime, affordable, and more realibilty. Nice workmenship . My Gable fixed at 80ft top roof and siding too. Excellent job!!!

This is the 2nd time I have used Kevin for repair jobs around the house. He is quick to respond via Angie's List for a quote request and follow up communications as well as coming out to provide an estimate. He is honest about what does and does not need to be done when it comes to repairs and explains "why". We have been satisfied with the quality of his work and would not hesitate to call him in the future. He previously did gutter and fascia repair.

My Dad's house was in need of an exterior makeover and painting was not an option. I received 3 quotes to cover the fascia board, soffits and replace some windows. Kevin showed an interest in the house whereas the others gave the impression that a house of that size wasn't worth their time. Aaron did an exceptional job installing everything and we love the prairie grid windows! Dad and I are thrilled with the work, the price and plan to use Kevin Thompson LLC again as our budget allows.

I received 3 quotes and Mr. Thompson was by far the lowest. He was also most responsive using the Angies List email. it take 6 weeks or so to get the project started, but there was some bad weather and a backlog of work, so this is not unreasonable. The project was completed in 2 days and the area was cleaned up, the workers were cordial and professional. I would recommend them and hire them again, the siding looks great and will be maintenance free.

He showed up on time, gave me a reasonable price, and fixed it while he was there! I will definitely call him again.

The works is beautiful! The crew completed the work quickly and were very professional. We had work previously done to the front of the house by another company and will be having KEVIN and team back to redo the other company's work. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done! His pricing was great! If you need siding done, you won't be disappointed with this company's work!

It went extremely well. I called him and he came out right away, took a look, called me with the estimate, which I approved. He then came out and reattached the siding. All over the phone. We never even met. It was super easy. I would highly recommend him and have to several people.

Great! The work performed was top notch. Everything was kept clean and neat. We chose Kevin after speaking with and receiving estimates from several contractors, and would absolutely hire again.

Overall experience was good. Took a little while to show up after I mailed the signed contract/deposit (approx 4 weeks, when he said it would be 2 to 3). But, once the worker showed up he did a nice job of installing the gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. Before I decided on Kevin I got 3 bids (all highly reviewed on Angieslist) and Kevin's was the cheapest by $180. Would recommend!

He never showed up. He never returned our phone calls.

The worker failed to show up for several weeks and had told the Owner he had been on site. The work finally got done but the gutters leak and do not drain. The initial scope of work was agreed upon. I took Kevin's recommendation for what should be done. I took the Owners advice on how the gutters should be laid out. The gutters we leaking so I climb up on a ladder to see that the water was sitting in the gutters. I called back and they agreed to come out and take a look. It took several more calls to get someone to come take a look. I allowed them several months as I assumed they were busy. The Worker told Kevin they were fixed but they were the same. Kevin finally came out to see what the issue. It took about 3 to 4 months to get them back out to see what the issue was. They made a second recommendation to add an additional drain. We agreed on the additional work and the extra cost. He said he would have someone come out in a few weeks. That was over a year ago. To this day no one has returned my calls nor been back to fix the gutters. have called several times and never got a call back. I am very unhappy with the gutters. Sure they look okay, but what good are they if they don't drain? I called again about a month ago and got voice mail, left a message, never got a call back. I really need my gutters to drain. I chose this company because of Angie's list and never took the time to put my experience online. Hope this helps others.

Exemplary service from request for job estimate through installation and follow up. Quality all the way. I used this provider again for a vinyl siding job at another location and received the exact same quality service. Recommend without reservation.

Did great work, but took too long to finally get to my job, 6 weeks wait time. The work crew were very professional, clean uniforms and neat appearance. Worked hard the entire time on job and did NOT play loud music. Thank you so much for that. Did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

The existing trim on my porches had evidently been installed by the previous home owner. According to a neighbor, about 5 years ago the previous owner spent a lot of time doing it. However, it did not appear to be a very professional job. In any case, I had not planned to work on the porches prior to having my house painted. I figured they were a little ugly but would be a future project. The painting estimate had just been finalized and I was given a tentative schedule for the work to begin when I woke up shortly after to find a substantially sized i-bolt holding hanging planter with a a Boston fern had fallen out of the beam holding up my porch. I was advised to have the beam checked for rot. This created a situation where time was of the essence because this porch issue needed to be resolved before the painting proceeded on the house. Kevin Thompson came within a day of me calling him and gave me an estimate for removing the existing trim on the front porch and replacing it. We agreed if the wood needed replacing, I would have my carpenter do it, so, we knew there may be lag time between the demo and re-install if carpentry was required. I thought Kevin's quote for the front porch was so reasonable compared to another quote I had received that I asked him to quote the side porch as well . The total quote was reasonable and I decided to bite the bullet and do both porches and get it over with. Kevin gave me a date to start the work on the porches and assured me he could get it done before the painting crew showed up. Then, weeks of rain intervened making outside labor impossible and pushed both the trim and painting scheduled dates out. Once the rain left the forecast and I had the new painting schedule, I called Kevin and he said even though he also had work that had been rescheduled, he would get the trim done before the painters showed up. Aaron is Kevin's employee that showed up on the scheduled day (albeit a lit late in the morning) to remove the trim. Once Aaron got going, he worked quickly and efficiently and finished about 4 PM. He cleaned everything up and we discussed the wood. Apparently, the previous owner must have wrapped the beams after they had begun to show signs of age and decay. Perhaps he was not aware some of the decorative wood which had wrapped the support lumber had rotted to the point of requiring replacement. I had a carpenter come and do the woodwork. However, that took a couple weeks and we were dangerously close to the painting crew arrival. Kevin was very cooperative and got Aaron back to my house very quickly and finished up the trim work as the painters we doing their prep for painting. The trim on both porches is beautiful. The difference in how the porches look now is remarkable. Aaron did not rush because of the schedule, but he worked carefully, consistently, and professionally. The result is better than I ever imagined it would be and I am happy to know my porches are not only structurally safe but also quite attractive and true to the look of my 115-year-old house. I would definitely recommend Kevin Thompson to my family and friends and use his company again myself if the need arose.

Cost was far below the others and work was done as promised. Very happy with the result. Just called him again for more work and thought I should rate my first experience.

Great service even for this very small job. It was a big problem for me, but a small job for him. He came and listens to my problem and came up with a very cost effective, easy, and timely solution.

We're still looking on the planning and budgeting phase and making the decision about who's gonna do the work because it's not gonna be me. He did call me. As soon as we touched base, he came out and looked at my home to do work. He was very quick. I thought he was too quick. I think he needed to be more thorough with his price estimate. I was impressed. I may go with him with the job but we haven't made the decision yet.

He must be very busy. He has not contacted me. I have called him but have not herd back. It has been about 5 days?

I contacted Kevin, came by that day to look at the job, order the material and returned the next week to complete it.

Mr. Thompson was extremely polite and efficient. The work was done well and the product was exactly as described. Did not try to sell us on anything that we didn't need, which I appreciate.

Kevin came out to give an estimate and ended up doing the work. He climbed up on our roof, cleaned out our gutters and put a silicone seal around all of our corners (there are a lot!) to seal the leaks. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone else.

Roofing companies wanted $300 just to show up. Kevin quoted a fraction of the cost for the same work. The only reason there are B's is because it took a little longer for him to come out than expected. I did NOT follow-up with him on a regular basis. When I called to follow-up he came right out. I was more than happy to wait due to the tremendous savings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
