Good crew, worked quickly and cleaned up nicely

They did a great job! We had an issue after a rain storm, not their fault, but we had water pouring in around the fire place. Kevin came out immediately to assess the issue. He then sent a team out to fix it. Turns out it was the builder's blunder, but Kevin stepped up to the plate and took care of the problem. All the work they did was excellent. House is now maintenance free. Highly recommend this provider!

It was excellent. The service he provided was excellent. He was very friendly and personable. He's punctual. Everything was done perfectly.

Kevin was extremely polite and responsive. Very professional. The workers that did the job were also polite and from the outside, it looks great. The price was outstanding compared to other estimates I had for the same work.

Installers showed up on time. Finished in one day and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Had a problem with one section of gutter and Kevin was very prompt about coming out and fixing it. All is good now.

Excellent! His installer was Daryl. Kevin told us we would have to wait for him to do our job. Signed the contract in July 2014. Siding was installed in September. Daryl was worth the wait. He did an excellent job! Would highly recommend this company!

Everything went quite well. It did take longer than they predicted to complete the job, but it was at no extra cost to me. Other than a very few chards and a couple nails left in the landscaping, a person would never know that I had such extensive work done on my house. Matter of fact my children did not even notice it as I picked a color that matched the paint that it had been painted.

Kevin is very professional and does a great job returning calls. He does get in a hurry and made a few mistakes with the quote he provided and came back to let me know he quoted the job wrong. I don't usually appreciate this, but Kevin's mistake was an honest one and I honored his request and gave him the job. I did this because it was a BIG mistake. He quoted me just the labor and not the material. On a job like window replacements, I could not in good conscience hold him to the original quote. In the end, he was still less expensive than Window World, so it was a win for us both. We worked on a schedule that fit both our needs and his crew showed up the day they promised. In my opinion, his crew was slow and they did not work as fast as they could have. They did the job in 3 or 4 days, but it just felt like they could have moved along faster. They also were not shy about turning the music up on their radio really loud, I mean blasting it. I understand this is common on new construction, but not very professional on a remodel job. If you think a "C" in professionalism is bad, remember, its fair. I believe it's warrented on my job becuase of the bad quote in the beginning and crew playing the loud music. DO NOT let this scare you away from Kevin, he is a good contractor. Overall, Kevin and his crew did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and their work looks good. Kevin did not charge me for any extras and the workmanship appears to be good. So, I do recommend them and would use them again..

I highly recommend Kevin. He was very prompt in providing a bid and very professional. He was not the lowest bid, but his professionalism won the job as I figured this would translate to the job - it did. Everything was done very professionally. The full job took a day and a half and my yard and house were left in a very clean state at the end of the first day. The final product looks great and after a few heavy rain storms I can say they perform very well too. I highly recommend using this company.

Kevin was on time, took down the old broken wooden shutters, and put up the new 5 pair of shutters. He cleaned up the old shutters and the packaging of the new shutters.. He even installed a doorknocker for me because he had the correct tools. He then told me to call him when I had gotten the new door bell. He did not charge for these last two jobs he did for me. I would recommend him and would use him again. Updated: I apologize for the misunderstanding it should have read all "A" you did do wonderful work and I appreciate it very much.

For each job the workers arrived early and worked throughout the day except for lunch. At the end of the day all debris around the house was removed to a large dumpster. The yard, shrubs, etc. were cleared of debris and nails. Since no one on the roof crew could speak English, it was a problem communicating with them. Overall, we were very pleased with the finished work. Kevin was available to answer any questions and solve any problems. We received several estimates for this project, and we feel very satisfied the the outcome. We would recommend Kevin's company to family and friends.

I contacted Kevin in 2013 to repair a corner leak in my gutter. He stopped by and called when he was on site as I could not be there. He saw the problem and said he could fix once the ice thawed from the gutter. Kevin advised that he would stop and repair in a month as he would be in the area doing other work. I followed up with Kevin as I now had 3 corners leaking. He gave a price of $15/ corner to fix. I said OK, do when your in the area. In May I followed up again with Kevin. I left a voicemail. No response. I don't expect work done for nothing, but I do expect that when someone says they will take care of something...it will get done. That didn't happen in this case. UPDATE After my first review Kevin made contact with me. He explained he was busy and did not get back to my area yet because of the weather. He evaluated the situation again, we agreed on repairs and a price. There were more weather delays, but the job finally got done. I rated a B on professionalism because of the crew that came out. Cleanup was not the best and there were cigarette butts in my driveway. One of the repairmen smoked. Work looks good.

I had contacted Kevin yesterday afternoon. He promptly responded and set an appointment with me at 8:30 am the very next day. He arrived on time, was very friendly and personable, and proceeded to inspect the problem areas of my gutters. He quickly found that when my house was built 9 years ago that the gutter hangers had not been secured properly in two sections. He removed and reset those sections and attached them appropriately. He also sealed another section of gutter in the rear of my home that was leaking. Everything was completed within 40 minutes of his arrival. Then he turned to me and said, "let's call it even." I was surprised, because I hadn't paid him. I tried to offer him something, but he told me that it wasn't necessary and that he'd be happy if I just gave him a good reference in the future. Therefore, if you're looking for a courteous contractor, who will arrive time, diagnose your problem quickly, and complete the work promptly then Kevin Thompson, LLC should be who you call.

After providing a contract for intent I waited since December 2013 for schedule to install siding and windows at the end of April 2014 . In mid April I learned after I made multiple follow up calls that he cancelled the complete project due to staffing problems. I found myself having to start project completely over loosing 6 months of progress and time investment !

After submitting the review I received a call back from the provider. He apologized for the mishap and told me that he would love to make it up to me. The provider came today to give me an estimate and I am happy with the results.

Kevin is a superior business man. I previously used his services for gutter cleaning and guards. The weather in my area had terrible below zero chill factors in December/January. My kitchen window faces the north so when the wind was blowing the sub-zero temps, the glass could not sustain and in turn caused a large crack across my window. I called Kevin, he came and took the measurements for the glass and then took the measurements to have the glass cut to specs. The weather did not cooperate so it was very difficult for Kevin to know when to return and replace the glass. Again, Kevin is a superior business man so I am very happy that he returned in between bad weather and replaced the glass = ). One should always keep a quality business on their favorites list and pass excellent business onto others. Thanks Kevin and God bless you.

Lots or weather issues cause scheduling conflicts. The crew was great, very professional and personable.

Kevin customized a patio cover to replace an old fiberglass one that existed when I purchased my home. The old one was flat and he planned a new aluminum cover, slanting enough to help with run-off and will include electric for light and ceiling fan, attaching to existing gutters. The installers arrived promptly, worked efficiently and left with all of the old materials. Couldn't have asked for more.

The work by Darrel was excellent. He is very proud of his work and takes ownership to make sure it's right.

Workers arrived on time. Very polite and professional; they gave me their names, informed me who they work for, what they were going to do and gave me a timeframe. I am a person with disabilities so I was up the previous night. I had to go back to bed for a few hours to regroup from being up most of the night. I could barely hear them as they were installing the gutter guards and Iwas so impressed to hear that one of the workers was humming. This tells me that he must really love his job and/or he was happy to be alive and able to work :). The price was very good, the workers were great, Kevin is a man of his word...they are just wonderful and I highly recommend them. They are on my favorites list :). Thank you and God bless you.

Up front pricing, did the job right. It looks great! We also had them install a leaf guard, which has worked well, as advertised.

First- a major unexpected benefit: We used to get water in our basement after any really heavy or extended rain. (3" or more). We went through the recent 10" rain with a dry basement. Not only was water was pouring over the old gutters, but the gutter crew found a partly disconnected drainage pipe on the ground and fixed it. Kevin personally came to the house with a foreman more than once to understand what I wanted and price it. I was impressed with the ideas they had to solve the problems and appearance issues I had. I had some almost unreasonable requests- only installing one downspout at the end of a 40' span, joining some gutters from a sunroom to the main house, reworking one messy and complicated downspout. Gutter guards: only crazy people don't have gutter guards where we live- surrounded by tall trees on a hill above us. I researched gutter guards a lot, learned that most people find the less expensive and simple ones to be superior to the major name brands that cost 5 x as much. Kevin agreed to install guards that I had purchased, but we discovered that they wouldn't work as advertised. (Kudos to Home Depot for a very simple return). He proposed a different brand of guard within the same price range that I liked even better. They have a great look, don't show dirt, match the shingles, self clean, and catch all the water. The only delay in getting started was the availability of one of his people he needed to do part of the work. I consider this a good thing. When installation began, it was quick, clean, and even neater than I expected. The crew on the job actually thought about what they were doing, knew when to ask questions. The crew leader was competent and alert. Kevin came out at least once to check things himself. Maybe most important- I was pretty picky, indecisive and demanding by turns and he dealt with it well.

The results are outstanding! Kevin's team exhibited consideration, professionalism and great expertise. Kevin kept me updated on the progress of acquiring building materials (the custom nature of my orders mandated this). Although weather was a factor in delaying the start of work, this team worked Sundays to get the job done, and it was done right. All this for a reasonable price, compared to the two other estimates I got. In my experience, these are talented and trustworthy folks I have no problem recommending.

Kevin and crew came out on separate days, but the gutters were repaired and cleaned. Then the gutter covers were installed. Kevin repaired a hole in our siding. We were happy with the work he provided.
