I called 5 companies. Kevin, from RK Lynch returned my call that same day and we set up a time for him to take measurements. He called the next day to set up a convenient time to go over the estimate. He was on time, friendly, professional, and helpful. I paid 1/3 down and he told me that I wouldn't need to pay the balance until the job was finished to my satisfaction. He gave me a ballpark as to when they would start the job but he would call me within 2 days of the start so i could let my tenants know. It took longer to hear from him than originally planned but when i called, he called back to explain the delay. Once the job began, it took approx. 10 days and the result was amazing. My only regret was that the color was wrong but when kevin checked the original order, a color had not been specified. Learning experience for me. Make sure the color of siding is written in contract. Kevin was apologetic but i was happy nonetheless. Am already planning to use him to put in a railing at the same house.

Kevin was quick to complete the estimate and begin work. He was very honest in suggesting we did not need to have new gutters or wrap our overhangs in vinyl. The workmanship was very good.

This outfit did a fine job. I had to follow up once or twice to get an ETA on the work being done, but they did a very nice job.

The sub-contractor that installed the job was terrible. I had numerous problems with my gutters after installed and dealt with the sub to rectify. This went on for a long time. This sub was the problem and actually went out of business. The whole time Kevin was here making sure the problems were handled to my satisfaction. Kevin is the reason I would do business with this company again. It has been 9 years and my gutters are great.

They did an excellent job. We had another guy come out and he didn't know his butt from third base and he quoted us four times as much money and didn't include anything that we wanted done. I don't know what voices he was listening to, but this young man came and was very professional. He told us about the company and looked at it. He described what he was going to do. I nearly fainted when he gave us the price. He went to Florida and one of his people came and did it. There was one other piece that needed fixing and he came and we decided that it didn't need to be done. They were very professional and did what they said they would do. As far as we can tell, the gutters are working fine.

THOUGH IT MIGHT TAKE TWO DAYS BUT WAS DONE IN ONE. VERY SATISFIED IN EVERY WAY. WOULD RECOMEND

Took about 2 weeks to get done from the time of the first phone call to the end of the job. There was a lot of rain so some scheduled work days had to be pushed back. Kevin was great to work with, and came back after the job was done by other R K Lynch employees to see how it went and inspect the gutters and do the flashing work. The gutters look great and it was easy to work with Kevin.

Kevin did a great job! It only took a couple of days to get a quote, and he was thorough with his explanation of what needed to be done, and how the job would be completed. He gave attention to detail, especially with the surround on the front door (which has detail molding, etc. that he had to replicate). Because of the old surround being uneven, the new surround was somewhat uneven. However, when we called Kevin to discuss, he came over immediately and fixed the problem. Everything was fantastic- he was on time, did what he said he was going to do within the quoted price. We are hiring him again to install basement windows.
