took 8 weeks to get them there.......salesman was hard to reach..........but installer was outstanding.......looks great

Salesman told us job would begin on a certain date and be finished on a certain date but job was delayed and took several weeks longer than promised so it ruined our holiday plans for entertains at our home. Also the salesman told us and showed us a video of a professional installer as opposed to a "joe blow " installer that their competitors send out-- well, we got the joe blow installer. He admitted that he didnt have as much experience as another installer and he stayed at our home until 10 pm each night. I thought maybe we had adopted him by signing the Re-Bath contract. Our tub pops when you are standing in it and we had them come back out to fix this. The owner even came out but it wasn't resolved. I told them that I was worried that the popping meant that the support under the tub was not sufficient and was told "don't worry, you have a lifetime warrantee". Well that really makes me feel better that when one of us falls through the floor they will redo the tub?!!? I wish we had only started one bathroom and then we would have never had the other one remodeled by Re-Bath. Oh and also, the salesman will ask to take your picture after you sign the contract - before the work is even begun so he can use your picture to show other potential clients his "happy" customers. The bathrooms do look pretty good however, it was a long grueling experience and we had to constantly monitor the installer because I think he was a little overwhelmed by the 2 bathroom job. We were told by the salesman that there would be 2 experienced installers on our job but that was not the case. We live outside the metro louisville area so maybe the experienced installers are doing the louisville jobs. Make sure everything that is promised by the salesman is on the contract like the start date, how many "experienced" installers, and when the date of finish will be. If any of these do not occur early on- cancel the job and call someone else. We got a quote from Tom Drexler that was $6000 more so that's why we chose Re-Bath. I guess you get what you pay for

My bathtub was refurbished. The shell had to be designed/molded to my bathtub which meant it took quite a while before it came back to the store to be installed by the contractor...just short of 8 weeks. The installation, however, went smoothly. It was installed within the alotted timeframe...1 day. Very nice outcome. I have been extremely pleased. The bathtub is very easy to clean per the instructions.

Overall, it went well. A representative met with us to give us an estimate and help us choose fixtures and colors, and she was very nice and helpful. My only complaint there was that I asked her specifically if I would be able to dye my hair in the new shower without staining it, and she said I would, even though I found out later that hair dyeing is not recommended in the ReBath showers. The person who did the work was pleasant and seemed competent, although he seemed to get tired and a little sloppy by the end of the day on both of the two days, On the first day, he worked on the bathroom that was completely remodeled and everything looked great, but he left a small scratch on the bottom of the shower, some small spots of glue on the floor, and a little too much slack in the flooring. On the second day, the partially remodeled bathroom also looked great overall, but he left quite a bit of glue stuck to the new floor. When we called ReBath to address the scratch, the glue on the floors and the loose flooring, they sent the man who had done the work, and he was able to fix the scratch in the shower to our satisfaction, but he was not able to remove all the glue from the floor, and he wanted us to wait on the loose flooring to contract by itself. We called ReBath again, and they someone out promptly, but that guy was a bit surly, and he acted annoyed that we expected to have all the glue removed from the floors. He did do a good job, though, and he tightened the flooring that was too loose (which he said would not tighten up by itself). We haven't had any problems with our bathrooms since, and they do look good. We probably would not buy ReBath products again, though, because they need extra care to avoid scratching and staining. There is not a big choice of cleaning products that are safe to use on them, and we were even warned about using any products that have a color (i.e. blue windex), and of course, hair dye is a no-no in the sink and shower.

Overall it was a very good experience. The contractor was very professional and kept me informed of everything that was going on. He took the time to explain anything I didn't understand. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Marblestone was selected for the finish. This was the first time a customer had requested the material at Re-bath. The material did not ship well from the manufacturer, arriving cracked and broken. It was reordered and the same problem occurred. At that time I was presented with the option of selecting another material for my shower and countertop. Having to reorder material several times caused much delay. Although I had preferred natural stone, I am pleased with the finished look. Despite the delays, Re-bath employees did professional work and specifically asked during construction how I prefered parts of the job be done. They were courteous and eager to please the customer.

We received several quotes for the job and all were in the same price range. We ultimately chose Kentuckiana Re-Bath because they provided one stop shopping. Their salesperson had samples/catalogues which allowed us to select materials and coordinate designs/colors which met our needs. The only item we purchased separately was the vanity faucet. We didn't like their choices. The salesperson said they were about 8 weeks out on their installation schedule. That was accurate. The installer estimated the job would take 2 to 2 1/3 days to complete the work. The installer was excellent. He completed the job in two days (9+ hrs per day with no breaks). We are very pleased with the final result.

I found them because they had a coupon in a little coupon book that was delivered to us. I also had a friend who had used them. They seemed to really care about what they are doing and about customer satisfaction.

I visited the showroom to see what they had to offer.Made appt for estimate - got estimate and was told it would take 8 wks to get materials in.I did have to call this week to see when I might get the installation done but they scheduled me right away and the work was completed in 2 days.They cleaned up all their mess and hauled all the old materials away so that I wasn't left with a mess.

It took longer than they said it would (more than 1 day). I would hire them again, except that I don't need to.

Excellent service. Returned to remove bathtub doors at no charge, problem for myself with cleaning and grandchildren using.

They were really nice when they were here, but they weren't completely direct with me. After going through the whole project, they told me they don’t do what I was asking them to do. They have their own product instead of tiles and they work with that.

Very pleased with the company both the sales and install. The bathroom is better than expected.

The work turned out well. They did a nice job, and there were any problems, they took care of them right away. The technician was very professional and knew he what he was doing. I was able to watch while he did the work and he explained. They worked through Home Depot.

Overall, the experience was great. They got the job done and I’m quite happy with the work. I thought it was a little expensive, but other than that I had no problems.

I had a very positive experience with them. The owner of the company went out of his way to get a top to fit, since we were having problems with the size of the countertop. He even cut it himself a few times to get it just right. I was satisfied with them!

The experience turned out fine. They sent somebody out several times when we made changes, and everything went well overall.

The experience was very good overall. I’ve been using it now for 6 months and it’s been wonderful. I thought their price was expensive; I’m very happy with the work overall.

It seems that rebath has a great system and product, however based on the responsivness and the feeling that the whole goal was to close the sale during the first visit I will not be finding out.

This company never responded to my request for a bid.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. HE CAME IN AND OUT QUICKLY, WAS CLEAN AND NEAT AND DID A FINE JOB. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. IT'S BEAUTIFUL, NICE TO LOOK AT, AND EASY TO KEEP CLEAN.
