Description of Work: We had 2 bathrooms completely demolished and rebuilt. New tub, shower, fixtures, flooring, lighting, exhaust fan, medicine cabinet. There was one man sent to do the jobs which he completed in 5 days and it looks very nice. We had a couple of small leaks but those were corrected right away as was an electrical short. One medicine cabinet is damaged but we have been informed that a replacement has been ordered and will be installed when it arrives. The exhaust fan does not seem to be very powerful, but we have been told that it is quiet due to sound reduction technology. Since the work was not priced in detail, it is hard to determine what the value is, but it does seem to be on the high side. The one big drawback is that there is no painting included in the package, we still have to get a painter here to do that for additional cost.

Description of Work: They came and assessed but ultimately their options were limited and the decent prices were only on the rebath vs. any other options. This sort of service is usually free vs. at a cost of $50. We just expected more for what we paid.

They did an excellent job .
Description of Work: They installed and built new cherry cabinets for me. They did a very nice job but for the money I was expecting more. The man was thorough but wouldn't offer any assistance to me as I am handicapped and paid so much knowing that I needed a bit of help ( emptying the cabinets and lifting the stove as I could not do so myself). I paid what I felt was allot because I needed the job done from beginning to end. They really were thorough and professional and, and although slow in getting started, I would probably use them again. They were through HOME DEPOT and it would have been cheaper had my contractor been from Lexington-and not have to traveled from Louisville each day.

Because the quality of our customer service is absolutely our first priority in all levels of our company, when I read this review, I investigated immediately. I will not claim that we are flawless in all of the work we do, but I can certainly say with utmost confidence and sincerity, that if we do not meet the satisfaction or expectations of a customer, there is not a single person in our company that is not genuinely devoted to doing everything in their power to make it right. Furthermore as our company also does the bathroom remodeling for several local medical facilities and Home Depot, we do a lot of work for people who have various needs in terms of accessibility. It is always important to us to be sensitive and accommodating to people’s varying needs. I went to the design specialist who initially went out to see the customer and put together her order. She assured me that when she met with her, she had family there in the home with her who had said that they would help her with emptying the cabinets and other preparations. The specialist said that had she known, she certainly would have asked the installer to make these preparations for her. I feel that this is a misunderstanding, because the primary reason I personally work for this company is because I take pride in our commitment to honest, quality customer service and our commitment to helping people have better accessibility and comfort in their homes. Moving forward, I have sent a reminder to everyone here to be attentive to the needs of our customers and to make a note of any considerations that should be taken at any stage in our work to ensure quality customer care and service throughout the process. Our company mission statement is to “Provide and maintain a relentless pursuit towards superior customer service and quality; our business depends on it.” I can honestly say that this statement permeates our entire culture and guides the actions of everyone in our company from the owner to the installers to the people who answer the phone.
