I would recommend them. I would use them again.

When we moved into a new house 2 years ago, we called Invisible Fence to install a fence to contain our two small dogs on about 4 acres of yard. They came out promptly, gave us an estimate, put in the fence & a doggy door, and trained the dogs all in less than 2 months. (Mind you the training took about 30 days). Their staff is very professional and courteous and truly love dogs! And our dogs love being able to roam their backyard whenever they want. When the battery back-up died earlier this year, they came right out and put in a new battery. And last Friday we had some planting done that accidently broke the fence. We patched it temporarily with electrical tape, but Invisible Fence came back out yesterday and repaired the break.

They seemed very nice and professional. We just decided that an invisible fence was not the best idea for our dog. The most important thing the company offers is the training for the people and the animals. If you don’t spend the time training then the system would not work. He seemed to know what I was talking about when I was hesitant about my rescue dog using an invisible fence.

The larger one doesn’t do anything, it was $100.00 wasted. However, the smaller one works just fine.

I would rate them excellent overall. They were expensive but were worth it.

The consultant arrived promptly and conducted himself very professionally. He was very knowledgeable of the product and the requirements for acclimating pets to the fence. He was very thorough in asking questions about our dog to ensure the that any problems would be minimal. He showed us samples of the equipment and discussed the various pricing options. After we decided on an option, he worked with us to develop an installation and training schedule. The installation took place with minimum disruption and was hardly noticeable in the yard (except for the temporary flags marking the boundary of the fence for training purposes). Since the installation, the company has followed up several times to make sure that we were satisfied and the dog wasn't experiencing any problems with the fence. Over all it was a very pleasant experience and the fence is doing a great job on keeping the dog within the yard.

Very good. The added fence did not initially retain our dog even though we had been using invisible fence in a smaller area for the previous four years with this dog. A technician rechecked our fence and everything seemed to be working properly, but the dog still left the area. The owner came and did a thorough review of the system, made several adjustments and offered other options if the current configuration did not restrain the dog. They aren't cheap, nor are other sevices I've checked. Very professional and competent, good to work with and I recommend highly.

We called Invisible Fence when we made the decision not to install a real fence around our property. He was very informative and spent a great deal of time with us answering the questions we had. The package we selected has a great backup program as well as a lifetime guarantee so Invisible Fence will be a company we work time and time again as we move with our dogs. The installation process was quick and professional and they called to check our utilites and power lines before install. I would definitely recommend Invisible Fence as not only great service, but very cost effective as well. Their quotes were below others we had checked, and we felt their services were the best we found.
