Description of Work: Tore off and replaced existing shingle roofing and Replaced rotted decking. | |Biggest complaint was the lack of communications and setting expectations - I was not asked what color drip edge to be installed, they used black when all other trim was a light brown. While the appear is not bad, it was a big surprise when I saw it and the roof was half on. I assumed they would use the same color as existing trim - shame on me for "assuming". | |Gave a B rating only because of the communications issues, work and clean up was as expected.

Description of Work: HKC replaced our roof in 2012 after the hailstorm. We had recently been experiencing a leak and HKC worked with us to find the problem and resolve the issue. It turned out to not be a roof problem but a vent issue. The squirrels had chewed the lead cover on the vent pipe allowing water to enter the pipe. HKC put a new cover on at no cost to us. They are the best!
