Description of Work: Gave me a contract to put pavers on my patio. Held my deposit for 5 weeks, then subcontractor refused to do the work. They refunded my money and I had to find another landscape company to do the work. The new work started in weeks time and they didn't complain about the location. They are just getting it done.

Description of Work: Hancocks relandscaped two sections of our front yard. They removed old plants and vines, planted new plants, added stone boulders and mulched. Job was very professional.

Description of Work: Todd and his crew did an excellent job re-landscaping my home. I had done an average to below average job of landscaping a home we built 8 years ago. The yard and beds needed attention so, I called Tood. Let me be honest, I knew Tood as we had played softball together a few times. You always think that somebody you know will do the work for you and it will be just as you expected...sometimes that is the case, and sometimes not. I can tell you that I am thrilled with the work that was performed on my house. The communication was open, honest and detailed. The work was professional and done to my expectations, but most of all, he followed up with me and wanted to know if I was satisfied. Enough said. This job certainly did not make his year; however, it was done correctly, at a reasonable rate and within the time window he estimated. I would give him my business again.
