Hancock Landscape

Todd and his crew came up with a beautiful design for our pool area. He is wonderful to work with. Our yard looks great. He is professional, knowledgeable, and completed all work on schedule. I would highly recommend his company for any of your yard needs.

Update June 8, 2020 I am very disappointed with the weeds that were left in my flower beds. ALL vegetation was supposed to be removed before anything new was planted. I'm finding weeds everywhere, but the weeds in one bed in particular are overwhelming and difficult for me to deal with. This is not at all what I was expecting after paying for professional landscaping. Also, all border stones were to be removed. I'm still finding stones in my yard. Todd and his team did an excellent job. Todd was very responsive. His team was prompt and always polite. The work was completed quickly and my yard looks great!! I would hire Hancock Landscaping again in a heartbeat.

The owner was courteous and on time for the estimate and did a thorough walk through with me to assess the work to be done. The crew came out on the date and time promised and did a great job in cleaning out the rubbish and planting the new shrubs, including mulching. They did an inspection of the work with me to make sure I was satisfied and answered all my questions. I would hire them again and highly recommend Hancock Landscaping.

Todd and his employees are always on time, professional and do great work. We wanted to remove and replace some shrubs with a type of shrub that would add some privacy to a patio that Hancock landscape had installed a few years earlier. Todd came out gave us a few options and pricing that we liked and the work was completed a few days later. This is the 4th time we have used his services and he's always easy to work with and always has time to answer questions.

Wonderful. Todd was very helpful with design suggestions, being mindful of my goals and being practical considering the intended use of the area. His workers were punctual, knowledgeable, and did a beautiful job. They really pay attention to the details, and do the little extras that I didn't expect. I love it, and highly recommend them.

What a pleasant and fantastic.Todd came out to the house promptly and listened as I told him what I wanted.Three other competed but Toss's presentation won us over even though he wasn't the lowest bidder.His presentation was so complete that we knew he was the one for the project.The work ethic of his crew was equally impressive. It was a pleasure to deal with Hancock Landscape. Todd, came out and gave an estimate and helped me pick out the perennials that would do best based on sunlight. His workers came and did a fabulous job and they were also a pleasure. I would hire again, and plan to do so in the Fall to have some work done in the rear of my home

Todd was very efficient and his communications were excellent. He gave me timeline estimates and followed up to confirm. He was good about setting, managing and following through with expectations. I loved everything he did for me - hardscape, landscape and tree-planting.

The owner Todd Hancock was professional, extremely punctual, upfront and honest. He was not the cheapest quote we received but his plans and estimates were still very competitive compared to others (his plans were far more extensive than others for the same range of money). It was a great value for the work provided (our 2 acre yard was a disaster beforehand). His crew was extremely hard working, punctual, friendly and clean. They delivered exactly what Todd had drawn up in our plans. They responded to my wife's requests to slightly change some of the design as it was in progress and readily satisfied her request. They were on time, worked diligently and cleaned up when job was done. From the time we first received the quote to job completion was under two weeks which I found remarkable this time of year! I would most highly recommend their services.

We have used Todd and Hancock Landscape twice now. Both times they did a great job on our landscape. The crew is friendly and cleans up after themselves and they leave your yard looking much better than it did before they arrived. Price point is very reasonable. We gave him our budget and he came in well under it which we really appreciated. We will use Hancock Landscape in the future and would recommend them to anyone that has landscaping needs.

It went wonderfully! Mr. Hancock made an appointment with me and showed up at my home when he said he would. We looked at the area and discussed the changes I wanted to make. He suggested the plants that he thought would achieve the look I was looking for, despite the meager mount of sun that our front yard receives. He showed me pictures of the plants he thought would work and when I chose those that I liked best, he drew up a landscaping design and gave me an estimate. The design was exactly what I was looking for and the price was quite reasonable. Within a few weeks he executed the work. Exactly what I wanted!!! I couldn't be more pleased. I didn't expect it to be so easy. Hancock Landscape is easy to work with—he listens to what you want and makes appropriate suggestions. I'd certainly use him again . . . and again.

Wonderful! I was extremely pleased. Can't wait until spring to do the back of the house and a mound in the front yard. Definitely will be using Hancock landscaping!

I would give them better than an A if I could. They were very professional and responsive. They followed-up afterwards. I was very happy with them. I would use them again without a doubt. I have a good friend that is a neighbor across the street and my lawn looks better than his. I gave him the business card twice and told him to call them and make his lawn look good.

It went very well. Their employees are all very nice and very professional acting and they are very accommodating because I had to make some last minute changes. The owner, Todd Hancock, is a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I want to get landscaping done in order to put our house on the market. We set an appointment for a quote. On the day he was supposed to show up, he called and said he couldn't make it, and requested a reschedule for a week later. The appt time came and went with no one from Hancock Landscaping showing up. We weren't even given the courtesy of a call or a text.... Very unprofessional......

Todd was very quick to come out and give a quote. The timeline was accurate and communication was great. We are very happy we went with this company and would reccomend them.

Responded promptly to calls, arrived on-time for appointments, followed-up with "how to care" info after the work was completed. Did some "above and beyond" work that I hadn't been able to finish, and added so much to the aesthetics of the house. Followed-up with a phone call for feedback and any issues that may have arisen.

Todd Hancock couldn't have made this any easier for me. I waited until the weather got nice to contact him, so even though he was prompt in making plans for the services, I wasn't sure how long it would take him to get to it. To my surprise, it was only 3 days later. He gave me a call toward the end of the day to be sure everything was completed as agreed.
