Excellent job done in a professional manner.

A gutter had fallen off the side of the house and needed to be replaced. In addition, there was some caulking suggested to the front chimney as part of this house purchase. I left a voice message that was promptly returned. The work was done within 2 days and I am extremely satisfied with the quick response, reasonable price and quality of the work. They found some loose/missing shingles from the recent wind storm and fixed them as well- no additional charge. I will definitely contact this contractor again with any work fitting their expertise!

I have used Gutter Junkies before and when I noticed I had a new problem, I did not hesitate to contact Jimmy. He came over and looked at my front gutter where he found that it did need a new downspout for the overflow in one corner. He then emailed me an invoice, I accepted and in a couple of days, the men were here and did the work. All this transpired within a week of the initial contact...Easy to work with and very professional. He is very busy but somehow manages to take care of his customers. I shall continue to do business with James Vensel any time it may become necessary.

We called for an estimate for them to put a new roof on our home. We were told by them that they work on "word of mouth" and do not do estimates. They come to the job site, do the work needed, bill for services done and that is it. They were not interested in coming to talk with us or giving us an estimate for the roofing job. Also, without even seeing what was involved in the job, they told us that their price to do the roof would be higher than anyone else's. We felt that they were just not interested in this opportunity and were very rude on the phone. We will not recommend them to anyone for any work and we will not call them again for any work on our home. Too bad. They lost. Until we called them, they were our #1 potential roofer. Now they are100% out.

Gutter Junkies came as promised, did a thorough job with roof & gutters & blew away leaves from the deck & sidewalk. Very competent.

Excellent... that's why I've been using Jimmy all these years. Hard working , prompt, fair and he has built his business by himself ! Great guy and many of his employees have been with him for years.

He'll be back this winter. Since this is only for cosmetic purposes, we will wait and have him do it.

Gutter Junkies does a great job at a great price. They were able to work me into their schedule, which I appreciate. Mr. Vensel is very professional, has nice workers that do a good job. I had used the services of Gutter Junkies about 3 years ago when I purchased another home. They did a good job then. They came back twice to adjust the tilt of gutters to certain downspouts. We have a large roof and wanted the water to be directed to different downspouts.

I called for an estimate one day. It was in my mailbox when I got home from work the next. I scheduled the work the following day and the next day I came home to beautiful new gutters. A few days after the work was performed there was a huge storm and Mr. Vensel called me personally to make sure the gutter seals were good, but of course everything was great!

Gutters were mostly cleaned. However, there was a 1 foot branch left in the gutter beside the driveway. On the back gutter, there was a gob of leaves left in the downspout which could have caused problems during a heavy rain. On 9/7 I received a full refund in the mail. I believe my problem was no doubt an isolated incident for this company. I have upgraded my ratings because of this.

I told them that I was having water in basement and that I thought it might be as a result of my gutters not being cleaned. I called him on a Thursday and he came out on Friday. I didn't even know that he had come, but I got a bill so I called him back and asked him if the gutters were clogged in a particular area. He called his employee who cleaned the gutters and called me back within an hour. He was excellent with great customer service.

I have a flat roof over my deck and I had used a few people before who couldn’t fix the leak. They did a very good job. He comes right out if I have any problems and takes care of it. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Wednesday morning and they cleaned my gutters Wednesday afternoon. I told Jimi how important it was for them to clean them before my next rain because we were having some water problems in the basement. They cleaned out my gutters and I couldn't even tell that they had been to my house because they left no debris behind. I called Jimi to ask a few questions and he was very helpful. I was quite impressed.

they did a great job on the roof and the gutters. everything i asked them to do they took care of. jimmy is very nice and he came around several times to check on the workers. i feel he will stand behind his work if there ever is a problem. i think this is a top notch company. give them a try. you will be pleased.

James did take awhile to return my original call for the estimate. But eventually called and came out quickly. As I wasn't in a hurry, that didn't really bother me. I didn't actually request the work done for another year. James reviewed his original estimate and left it as it was. Again, he was delayed to return my call, but when he explained that he had been run over by a car and put in the hospital, I couldn't really fault him for that. We set up a day, but then called later requesting if I was okay if they did it sooner. That was fine with me. They showed up on time, did the work in the exact amount of time they estimated. It looks great and my basement is dry again.

The job was handled excellent all the way around. I chose them because they had a good rating on Angie's List.

I asked the gutter junkies to inspect and clean my gutters and roof. The gutters were really filled with debris and the downspouts were clogged, so my yard was soaking wet from the runover. It is a very busy time for them because of all the storm damage, but within 3 days of my call, they provided an estimate. When I called to accept the offer, I asked if I needed to be at home and they said no, that they would leave a bill. After I accepted the offer, within 3 days, they came to do the work. The men were professional, helpful, and completely cleaned up. They cleaned my gutters and downspouts and fixed part of the gutter that had been dented. This is my first home and I am still learning. The men explained things to me that I did not know regarding leaking gutters. To me, that is the BEST part of the service, that they took the time to help me understand things and let me know what I should be looking for in the future. I am new to the area and don't know many people, so I picked the gutter junkies completely based on Angie's List. They were excellent and I intend to use them again and would recommend them.

.The product they use is great. I actually had someone else do the one on the back which spent basically twice as much and it was not as good quality as theirs. I never have any problems with the drainage. He is just great and he is flexible with payments. I would use him again.

I was very happy with both the work and the price I paid for it. My new gutters look great and are indistinguishable from the older gutters that are still in good shape.

job was complete within 7-10 days of estimate which included new wood and soffitt repair,new gutters on side of house and leaf relief gutter guards around entire house. i was very pleased with work and would use them again.
