I had to ask the man who did the cleaning of the sunporch roof (using a leaf blower to go over his work again because he didn't remove all the leaves and then to check that he didn't clog the downspouts with the leaves that he blew down. When I spoke to the owner about this, and asked that his man place the hose into the downspouts to make sure the downspouts weren't clogged - which is what gutter cleaners have done in the past - the owner was angry and VERY RUDE and said I was a "real pain in the ***"

Updating my previous review posted on 7/3/18. After posting my negative review based on the problems detailed in the earlier review, I was contacted by the business owner. He apologized for the poor follow up after the initial gutter installation and explained that due to rapid expansion of the business and some associated staffing and communication issues (which were being addressed and resolved), the problems I had repeatedly called about had fallen through the cracks. He offered to come and personally evaluate the problem, which he did the following morning. He listened carefully to my concerns, inspected the trouble spots, identified the installation issue (related to drip edge/gutter guard/gutter interface) then scheduled and completed repairs the following Monday. He assured me that if any other problems occur the gutters are guaranteed for 10 years. I am upgrading my previous review from one to four stars. I would recommend Gutter Junkies and would hire them again if needed.

Prompt reply, on time for visit. Work performed and completed immediately, price was reasonable. Robert was very professional and did more than promised.

Good, except the gunk from the gutters was just splattered around the edges of the house.

I can't say enough good things about Jimmy Vensel and his company! He exceeded my expectations in all areas and I highly, highly recommend him.

They did a good job. It was kind of hard to get in touch with Jimmy. I had to make a couple of calls to the head of the company. It took me a couple of calls to get things worked out with him as far as when he would come out. It was raining every other day here, and he was running way behind. When he finally did come out they did the job quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, all that good stuff. The price is great. All of they did was go up there and get all of the crap out of the gutters very quickly. They were running behind, so they were moving right along. It took me a couple of calls to get a hold of Jimmy. Other than that there were no problems. He responded. I also asked him for a proposal for putting gutter guards up. He gave me a really good price. I'm still thinking about that. It was a one man company. He came with a couple helpers. If I have guards put up it will be them. I have recommended them to at least one other person.

The quality of the gutters is excellent and the work was very professionally done. The job site was left clean. Any calls I made to Gutter Junkies with questions were returned the same day.

I was pleased with the gutters but had to call 2-3 times to ask them to install a downspout extension the way I had asked during the initial estimate appointment. It was eventually done correctly, but it was a little annoying to have to keep calling to get what I paid for. They also came to my house unannounced to start doing work while I was out of town. I had to have a friend come to the house to let them inside the locked gate so they could get to the backyard.

Provider never made contact me . I LEFT TWO MESSAGES AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REPLY.

These guys overdeliver. Will definitely call again, highly recommended.

A call to their answering machine after hours got me an early callback the next day. They were fast and made the repairs that morning. Kept me informed of things I needed to know, like not being able to match the downspout color on the garage. No problem. Got the bill by email and sent a check out right away. Great job!

Paid them to remove ivy from the side of my house. I finally got around to looking at my side yard today and they just left all the ivy in a pile and did not take it with them.

They were extremely professional and extremely helpful. We had roof put on by a different roofing company 12 years ago and we paid for the expensive 40 years shingles and they shouldn't be having problems already. When Gutter Junkies got up to check on the roof they said that there was deterioration that shouldn't have been and that they didn't correct the ice and rain shield underneath those shingles where they should have. The previous provider actually called where he had their rep come and check out and because the way the work was done was substandard and they paid for the materials and all we had to pay for was the cost of having the roof repaired. They really went above and beyond for us.

They were very fast in cleaning our gutters. They did a good job. My only negative feedback is that it would have been nice if we would have been given the opportunity to be home when they serviced my gutters.

The crew did a great job on my gutters. They were very professional and the response time and customer service (phone and in person) were excellent.

In 2013, Gutter Junkies had previously installed a new gutter, downspout, and Leaf Relief gutter guard on our dormer. It looked great and was very professionally done. I already had new gutters installed on the rest of the house in 2004, which is why I didn't have them replaced, as well. If I had it to do over again, Gutter Junkies would have been my number one choice for all of it, but I didn't know about them back in 2004. After more than two years, I decided it was time to have the gutter guards replaced on the rest of the house. They provided a proposal right away after I called. It did take them several weeks to come out to do the work after the proposal, but I realized they have a lot of business (a sign of a good company), and was willing to wait because I knew they would be top notch and it would be worth the wait. On 12/18/2015, they cleaned out my remaining gutters, replacing the old gutter guards with Leaf Relief. Prior to this, rain would come down over the front of the gutters in sheets because the old guards didn't work properly. I haven't seen that happen since they were replaced with Leaf Relief. We also had some very long and dangerous icicles form in the winters prior to the work being done. I don't expect to see those again, either. Jimmy Vensel (the owner) is an honest and kind man. He doesn't price gouge customers and makes sure the work is done in a professional manner. He also knew exactly what type of gutter guard works well in an area with lots of trees. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly and without reservation. It is rare, indeed, that one can say this about a contractor.

I don't have enough good things to say about this experience. Jimmy Vensel was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We also worked with Chris who spec'd the job and provided great advice. The team was professional, courteous and hard working. They cleaned up the site (even taking some extra trash left by the window installers). The house looks amazing! We would definitely use them again and would be happy to recommend their work to others.

VERY RESPONSIVE TO MESSAGES, DID A GOOD JOB, ( I WENT UP ON THE ROOF AND LOOKED AT HOW WELL THE GUTTERS WERE FASTENED, FASTENER EVERY COUPLE FEET LIKE IT SHOULD BE) DID NOT LEAVE A MESS. I'M A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

They called me back and said they would come out as soon as they could. I have huge trees in my neighborhood and there were leaves everywhere. They came out and left a note for me saying they cleaned my gutters, I could tell as soon as I pulled up. They checked my roof which was missing a few shingles. They replaced the shingles at no extra coast. They swept up and cleaned everything perfectly. They even swept my deck which they didn't have to do. They did everything I asked and more and I will use them again and recommend them to neighbors and friends.

They did the job very efficiently and right on the agreed upon price.

Wonderful experience! Jimmy and his team were awesome. They arrived when they said they would, kept me up to speed with the progress, and most importantly did great quality work. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
