Jimmy was very quick to come out and provide a quote after I contacted him. There was no "hard sell" just good, honest discussion of the work to be provided. They came out to do the job earlier than the timeline originally given which was great. The work was complete in less than 5 hours which was faster than any of the other providers I had contacted. They were courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.

These folks are wonderful! When I first called I was told it would take at least 6 weeks for them to get to the job. They were there in a little more than 3 weeks. They worked efficiently and stayed in touch with me throughout the 2 days it took to complete the job. I called them back after it rained because of an issue with one of the gutters; they came back the very next day, took care of it, and called me to tell me it had been completed. They are professional, courteous, and do a great job.

We hired Gutter Junkies about two years ago to clean our residential rain gutters . They did a great job. Very professional. The owner (Jimmy) even took it upon himself to replace a peice of my roofline siding that had blown off during a wind storm. No extra charge. I appreciated the excellent service so much that I decided to call Gutter Junkies when I had the resources to pay for new gutters and downspouts. I'm glad I called Gutter Junkies. Jimmy listened to my conerns and developed an estimate for complete gutter replacement. I felt the estimate was fair and hired them to complete the job. About 3 days after speaking with Jimmy a technician arrived to remove and replace our worn out gutters with new ones. He was professional and courteous. The technician custom fabricated our gutters in the driveway of our home. He did an excellent job with fabrication and installation. Very detail oriented. Our new gutters look and work great. We are very happy we hired Gutter Junkies and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Great experience. Called Gutter Junkies, they called back and got my information. They came the next day and did an estimate and left it for me to read. I called him back and authorized the work. They came one two days later and did the work and left an invoice. I mailed them a check and that was that. I happened to be home when they came, but I didn't have to be. Gutter Junkies arrived promptly, unloaded their work vehicle and set to work. They were a two-person team who worked efficiently and competently and did not seem to have any wasted movements. The finished product looks great and I am beyond satisfied with it. In addition to being super happy with the great carport work, John (one of the team) was kind enough to pull an ugly looking broken limb down from a nearby tree for short me. We have a large (high second story home) and he was very successful in cleaning out the gutters (even the ones with our gutter guards on them). He also inspected the shingles on our roof when he was up there.

In the past we had called a few companies about getting our gutters cleaned. Part of the house is 3 stories and some companies just didn't have the equipment to go that high. When we needed to get this work done quickly, the company we previously used wasn't able to respond. Gutter Junkies was recommended to us and responded very quickly and professionally. Their price was within $ 5 of the other company that we used in the past - a fair price considering I don't have a 30 foot ladder. We'd use them again for this sort of work.

Disappointing. While replacing our gutters, the crew decided they needed to "trim" a large holly tree near our house. They ended up cutting branches (about 1/4 of the tree) to the trunk. Prior to doing this, they didn't ask permission to trim the tree. They didn't inform us they'd need to trim the tree. After the fact, when I mentioned this to the owner, he did apologize and send a tree specialist to make sure the tree would survive (which it will). Looking at the tree now, however, there's a large wedge missing. To top it off, several days after the crew left I found all the branches they'd trimmed. They were all piled up and left next to my garage. Additionally, one section of our gutter was attached to a rotten piece of wood. We asked the crew to replace the wood. We had the house and trim paint avialable so everything would match. (They charged extra for this service, which is understandable.) The workmanship, however, was poor. Specifically, pieces of the adjoining boards were ripped and "left hanging" and house paint was slopped onto the trim. Again, the owner apologized when I brought this up. He offered to come over and look at it but I turned him down. (I'd rather do the repairs myself.) To be fair, the gutters look very good but we would not recommend this company.

They did a really good job. I would recommend that they pressure wash the gutters after they clean them out.

I have no idea and how it went or about the cost as my husband handled it, but price was reasonable otherwise my husband wouldn't have done it.. I think everything went fine. It was done to our satisfaction. We would use them again.

They did the whole house in under a day (we do have a smaller house) and cleaned up and took our old gutters away. . Our old gutters were bent and falling down and did not have the downspouts in the correct places. After a year and a half the new gutters and downspouts still work great and the additional downspouts and changes that they recommended/ installed have been very successful. The gutters also seemed to be very high quality. We got three quotes at the time and they were the most inexpensive for what we needed.

Everything went well. We only found a couple small pieces of gutter in our bushes later, so they cleaned up well. Later on, we had one area we noticed water was pooling & causing a leak so we called Jimmy & he came out to take care of it. I highly recommend this company & would not hesitate to use them in the future.

They advertise that they do vinyl siding. I called them for an estimate and they told me they would do a "drive-by" estimate, and they would leave that estimate in the mailbox, call or send me an estimate. I have not heard a thing from them. No call-back, no estimate - Nothing. I called them initially because I had them clean gutters for me several years ago, and they did a good job - but. . . .I really do need siding estimates. They are off the list.

As always they did a good job and did not leave a mess. The two men were courteous and even took the time to relock my garage door and side gate. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others. I also noticed that they perform other work like roof and gutter repair which I will call them for when needed.

I needed guttering repaired/replaced on part of my house. I called, they called back the next morning and they said they only worked on large whole house jobs. Would not discuss it and gave me a referral.

Great job by professional installers. Older 3 story historic Louisville home required high ladder work and long gutter lenghts. New gutters are stronger, have a greater runoff capacity AND installers were able to improve gutter placements that eliminated several "Y" connections that significantly improved curb appeal of house. This is a great company that also does replacement windows and siding and I will use them for all similar work in the future. Highest recommendations for this company. I am an out of state property owner so being able to depend on them to be at the job site on time and complete the project on schedule was a great benfit to me. Personal follow up by the company President was most appreciated.

Last summer the roof and siding on our house was replaced by an out of state company. Unfortunately it was done very poorly and ever since we have had leaks and damage to our house. Finally, I called Vensel's Construction and explained our problems and asked for an inspection and professional advice on how to correct the problems. Vensel's has been extremely responsive and helpful and truly a ray of sunshine throughout a difficult process. I absolutely recommend Vensel's to anyone thinking of getting any roofing or siding projects done.

I got a letter 4 days later telling me that they were "not interested" and that I would need to have the old guards removed by the people who put them in originally. I thought their response could have been better than "not interested."

Perfect! After an evaluation of the services requested, the job was completed and beyond expectation.
