Description of Work: Replaced a gutter, gutter screen, and downspout. Also repaired an area of siding that had pulled off. Very professional, informative. Answered all of my questions. Responded very quickly and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate to cut down a large blue spruce. The next day Jim showed up and because of the reasonable estimate and an available crew we were pleased to get the tree removed, the stump ground and professional cleanup within a couple of hours.

Description of Work: The Gutter Junky crew removed the old gutters and downspouts and replaced some deteriorated back boards. They cut on site the new gutters which have one seam at each corner and the seams were sealed. The downspouts were redirected so water would drain out away from the house on the surface instead of through underground pipes common in my neighborhood. We hope this helps resolve basement water issues. The crew cleaned up well and took away the old gutter parts. I believe the cost was reasonable for a two and half story house, and the job was completed in one day.

Description of Work: I had a downspout that had fallen (25'). He came out and gave an estimate. We also asked to price sealing the ends of the gutters. They did so on time and for a fair price. We have 4 security lights on the back of the house near the gutters and since they are so high up, we asked if they would replace the lights while they were there. They did so with no complain and no charge. Great service!

Description of Work: Replaced garage gutters, repaired all down spouts on 2 story house, cleaned the gutters and repaired some al siding damage while they were on site.The work was done quickly and professionlly. As soon as I got home you could see the difference the work made. It was great. They were good people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They provided me with an estimate within a week of my initial contact. It was just before Christmas so I was slow in getting back to them and they called just after New Years to follow up. At that time I told them that I was pleased with the estimate and wanted to go ahead with the work. They were going to come out the following week but were delayed because of the weather. As soon as it cleared, they called and said they were ready, I was at work and couldn't be there. When I got home they were already gone and the gutters look great! I'm very happy. Also, the estimate was exactly what they charged.

Description of Work: I have called Gutter Junkies two times. Both calls were based on Angie's list recommendations. The first time was June 2011 to get an estimate for gutter repair in Charlestown, IN. I was honestly told they were too busy to give an estimate at the time & would be best to look elsewhere. I respect their honesty with this advice, as it would have been several months till they could have looked at my roof. My second experience was to request an estimate for Siding, Gutter replacement, guards, Garage roof & gutters. After 6 days,they called back to get additional information. The owner then called back several days later and we discussed the job in detail, He may have come to the office to see the actual job. I was supposed to receive an estimate via e-mail within " a couple of days". Due to communication issues, I didn't receive a timely estimate & the job was completed with another fine company. Update: The owner contacted me in 2/2012 to follow-up regarding my Angie's list posting. While I stand by my experience regarding the communication with his company, I also respect his dedication and attention to detail regarding this review. It is possible that communications were missed. In the interest of compromise, I am changing my rating from a "C" to a "B". Thanks.

Description of Work: I called Gutter Junkies to give me an estimate on a new roof because they did my gutters a couple of years ago. No one ever returned my call. I just spent $8000 on a new roof. Guess Gutter Junkies doesn't need the money.

Jimmy came out and explained things of being out of town everything was cool he looked at my gutters and gave me a good price for the work Im wanting to get done . Understand that those guys are in a busy trade. Will probably have Vessel(Jimmy) do the work in the next several weeks.

Description of Work: I called on Memorial Day as I just noticed that my gutter was pulling away from my roof. Jimmy (owner) called the next morning and said he'd be out one day that week. He could not make an appt. as he said he didn't know what a job could entail, but gave me a two day window and I did not have to be home; he would leave an estimate and outline of what he would do. I was home when he called and he came and gave me the estimate and would be here to fix it within a week. Altho some of you don't like the "no appt." set by him, he explained that should he run over in time, he wouldn't want me to have to wait. He is thorough and however long it would take to fix my gutter, he would complete the job while here, which I liked. He did a great repair, is very friendly and knowledgeable, and my neighbor plans to use him. Give this guy a shot!
