Description of Work: They clean one gutter of my house which is under a tree and handle it quickly and easily, cleaning up afterwards and adjusted price for doing just the one side. There was quick response to my telephone call. I am not sure of the exact date.

Description of Work: Installed new gutters, gutter guards and downspouts and wrapped trim in vinyl. The guys did an excellent job, were very clean and thorough. A few weeks after the job, I noticed one tiny issue, which was resolved immediately and personally by Jimmy (owner). Everything working perfectly now and looks great! Highly recommended.

Description of Work: The removed the old roof shingles and gutters and replace replaced them. The first team replaced the roof in one day and a few days later another team replaced all the gutters. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves very well. I would recommend them to anybody.

Description of Work: I called to have them come out and give me an estimate on gutter cleaning and repair but they called me back and left a message that they have too many jobs and can't accept anymore. They did refer me to another company so this might need to be documented somewhere for Angie's list members and they should probably put it somewhere on their website.

Description of Work: The house is 15 years old and most of the corners of the gutters were leaking. He cleaned the gutters one day, let them dry, and removed the old seal and resealed all corners and end caps.

+ -1 moreOverall, it went incredibly smoothly. Three guys showed up didn't leave until the job was done. They worked for 11 hours. Three things I am most happy with. 1.) Gutter Junkies added three downspouts on our home to more efficiently keep the water away from the house. Previously, we had only one working downspout. 2.) Gutter Junkies carefully removed my existing, improperly installed Gutter Helmets and reinstalled them on my new gutters - saving me about $1,400 (the cost of 200 ft of new helmets.) My house was missing Gutter Helmets on 6 feet of gutters which Gutter Junkies brought over and installed the next day. 3.) Gutter Junkies returns phone calls. My home is ready for the next rain and I couldn't be happier with my new gutters.
Description of Work: They removed and replaced 200 feet of gutters and 100 feet of downspout on our four-square Highlands Home - in one day. They showed up at 8 A.M and worked till the job was done and the job-site was cleaned to my satisfaction. They built seamless gutters on-site to match the architectural style of my home - my old gutters stuck out like a sore thumb. Now, all you notice is how they blend into the house.

+ -1 moreOn the day that Mr. Vensel was originally supposed to come give us a quote, he didn't show up but he apologized and came the next day. Since we didn't have to be home at the time, this wasn't a big deal. He gave us an estimate that we found very reasonable so we told him to go ahead with the work. He said it would be 7-10 days, but the next day he called to say that there had been a cancellation and that they could do it that day. The gutters were done by the time we got home from work. They look great and seem to be performing well. My only quibble is that there were some cigarette butts and metal brackets and other bits of debris left in the yard.
Description of Work: Gutters were replaced on a single-story shotgun house.

+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY EFFICIENT. HE CAME HERE AND I EXPECTED IT TO BE A TWO DAY JOB, BUT IT ONLY TOOK ONE DAY, BECAUSE HE STAYED UNTIL IT WAS FINISHED. HE WAS A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HONEST. IT WAS MUCH CHEAPER THAN OTHER BIGGER COMPANIES.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED ALL OF THE GUTTERS AND DOWN SPOUTS AND PUT NEW GUTTER GUARDS AROUND THE WHOLE HOUSE.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE BIT HIGH. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE BUT WHEN HE DID THE WORK THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THE ESTIMATE.
Description of Work: WE HAD A NEW ROOF PUT ON AND THEY DIDN'T DO IT RIGHT. HE HAD TO INSTALL NEW FLASHING TO STOP LEAKS. HE CLEANED THE GUTTERS AND ALSO DID SOME PATCHING ON THE ROOF.
