Description of Work: Hired to clean my fireplace, which he cleaned from the top with a brush, and then vacuumed from the inside. Cleaned the screen at the top of the chimney. Was on time, polite, and informative. Did not try to sell me any unnecessary services.

I had another company inspect with a camera and make extensive recommendations to the tune of nearly $10,000. Thanks to Brian, we're good to go for just $375.

Description of Work: I had severe chipping and flaking of the bricks on my chimney. I called 4 different companies to inspect and estimate repair costs. One company never returned my call, two said they would not try to repair it and would only rebuild the chimney with estimates of over $4,000 each. Brian Grech returned my call the same day, inspected the chimney the following day and gave a repair estimate and an estimate to rebuild that was nearly one thousand less than the others. The following week he performed the repair and explained everything he did, including waterproofing, sealing and tuck pointing. His work was excellent and the repairs matched the existing brick so well that it looked like he had rebuilt the chimney. I was very pleased with his work and professional attitude. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend his company.

Description of Work: Excellent, definitely recommend. Chimney was recapped, repaired and cleaned within 1 week of contacting Brian Grech. Also, he did all of the work for 1/3 of the other quote that I received.

Description of Work: Called listed number and left a message. They did not return the call. Called again left another message the next day. Still no return call. This might be a great vendor doing great work at a reasonable price, but not returning phone calls represents poor professionalism or just maybe something else. Trust begins with the point of contact.

Description of Work: I needed tuck pointing on exterior brick wall of my house. Grech Brothers did a perfect job. The brick wall looks terrific now. I called on Monday and they arrived Tuesday mid-day to do the work. They were very, very thorough and even bonded some loose flashing into place. There was no additional charge for this extra work. I highly recommend Grech Brothers.

Description of Work: Removed tree growing out of chimney and repaired and capped off abandoned, leaking chimney. Repaired chimney cap. Repaired hairline crack in cap of 2nd chimney. Installed chimney "cages" (to keep animals out of the chimney). Checked chimney flashing to insure that it was not the source of the leak. He did not inflate his work by telling me that the chimney caps had to be totally replaced and a chimney had to be totally rebuilt. He did a truly phenomenal job in communnicating with me daily as to when he was able to work due to weather related issues. I will hire this guy again in a heart beat. My experience with him is so out of the ordinary in terms of his excellent communication, cost of the work, and professionalism. Thank you very much!
