GE Appliance Repair

THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. REPAIRED MY DISHWASHER IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE EVEN CLEANED INSIDE OF MY DISHWASHER AND USE A CLEANING AGENT.

MY DISHWASHER WAS UNDER WARRANTY, SO IT COST ME NOTHING. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I ALSO RECOMMEND SPENDING THE EXTRA MONEY TO GET THE WARRANTIES.

OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS GREAT. THE TOASTER WORKS FINE NOW. I THOUGHT THE PRICE THEY CHARGED WAS VERY FAIR. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY ANOTHER GE APPLIANCE AND HIRE THEM FOR A FUTURE JOB.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. THE SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRICE FOR THE SIMPLE JOB THAT WAS PERFORMED.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CAME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK. IT WAS VERY CHEAP TO GET THE PART AND GET IT FIXED BY THIS COMPANY.

IF SOMEONE WERE CONSIDERING HAVING SOMETHING REPAIRED BY GE, I WOULD TELL THEM TO DO IT. MY DISHWASHER HAD A GOOD WARRANTY SO IT WAS FREE TO FIX. WHEN I NEED SOMETHING REPAIRED, I GO TO THEIR WEB SITE AND TELL THEM WHAT I NEED AND THEY SEND SOMEONE OUT.

I WOULD JUST SAY THAT IT WAS EXCELLENT. IT WAS JUST THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND THEIR OVERALL WORK. IT WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS DIFFICULT TO DETECT, AND THEY CAME BACK FOUR TIMES AND FIGURED IT OUT.

THE WORK OF THE COMPANY WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND QUICKLY. THEY CAME OUT SHORTLY AFTER MY CALL. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY REPLACED THE COMPONENTS IN SHORT ORDER.

THEY WERE A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE ON TIME. THEY DID NOT GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME SO THEY SENT OUT ANOTHER GUY AND HE GOT IT DONE PROPERLY.

I FEEL THAT THIS IS A RELIABLE AND RESPONSIVE COMPANY. BECAUSE OF THE MALFUNCTION OF THE FREEZER, WE LOST A LOT OF FOOD. I SPOKE TO A REP AND THEY ARE WORKING WITH ME TO RECOVER THE COSTS. MY OPINION MAY CHANGE TOMORROW, DEPENDING ON THEIR ANSWER.

MY MOTHER USED THEM. SHE SAID THAT THEY WERE GOOD SO I'VE ALWAYS USED GENERAL ELECTRIC. SO FAR, GENERAL ELECTRIC HAS BEEN GOOD. THEY COME, AND THEY FIX THE THING, NOT LIKE MAYTAG.

I THINK THE SERVICE WAS FINE, BUT I DON'T CARE FOR THE APPLIANCES THEY HAVE. I DON'T THINK THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE. IF I HAD A CHOICE I WOULD NOT BUY GE APPLIANCES.

THEY WERE ON TIME EVERY DAY FOR THE TWO-DAY JOB. THERE WEREN'T ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PRICE, I THOUGHT IT WAS PRETTY CHEAP. THE WORKERS WERE VERY SKILLED AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THE REPAIRMAN ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE HAD BROUGHT ALL THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT AND PARTS THAT HE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THEIR SERVICE WAS EFFICIENTLY DONE.

THEY WERE FINE. NOTHING WAS GREAT AND NOTHING WAS BAD. I SOMEWHAT HAD TO CONVINCE THEM TO COME OUT. MY APPLIANCE WAS UNDER WARRANTY. I WOULDN'T HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN BECAUSE MY FRIEND HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD ARRIVE, AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB OF REPAIRING THE BURNT OUT ELECTRICAL COMPONENT IN MY OVEN. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE.

General Electric Company were very professional. I really like the fact that he was respectful of my house and even took off his shoes so he didn't stain or dirty up the floors in my home. That really says something to me about the company in general about the workers. They fixed the microwave and explained everything to us about what we can and can't put in the microwave. They were very professional in my opinion.

We bought an old house a while ago and all the appliances were outdated so I wanted to replace them. I have always had great service with GE so I bought my stove, dishwasher, and microwave from them. The service was great they delivered my stuff and even removed the old ones to put the new ones in its place; they were very quick and very professional. Recently, my microwave wasn't working properly so I called the 800 number and they sent a man right over. I was impressed on how fast the service company came. It was the same day, and they did a little adjustment and everything was fine. My appliances are quite new so there was no charge as the warranty covered it.

My oven wasn't working right, so I called GE to come and fix it. They came right out, but I really don't know what was wrong with it. I just know it works now; it was covered under warranty so I didn't have to worry about that, and they were very professional.

The company did a good job fixing my stove top. Their employee was in & out fast, & I feel he did a good job overall. However, I am going to find a new company to do my appliance repairs because they are too high priced. I have only used them one time & won't use them again.

My gas oven would not light one day so I called a repairman from General Electric to come out and look at it. The service man was very knowledgeable. He checked it over and noticed the piece that goes to the gas for it to ignite wasn't working. I was pleased when he only took a short time to replace the part and charged me a very decent price for parts and labor.

The repairman from the company came out promptly and was very courteous. Our oven works great just like new. Our oven is a double oven and also built in. It's hard to get at, but they did a great job. I appreciate his hard work, and the repair was done quickly. I will use them again whenever I need an appliance repaired.

General Electric Fanuc came out to repair my refrigerator. I called them two or three times for them to repair it when it broke down. When they left, I guess the price was alright, but there was no sense of even calling them to spend the money as I didn't think that they fixed it right. They did not even tell me what was wrong with it.

The repairman from the company was knowledgeable and got the repair done on the first try. The people are very efficient, respectful, nice, and seem to be well trained. I felt they had a quick response time and showed up to do the repair quickly. The repair was done under warranty.

The estimate on the work that they did was right on. The water line was the problem, as it was clogged. The company was honest in the repair. The dishwasher was fine. I was happy with the service that they provided.
