GE Appliance Repair

THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID HAVE TO LOOK AT IT THREE TIMES BEFORE THEY RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. I FEEL THAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE PRODUCT, NOT THE TECHNICIAN. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

They showed up on time and quickly determined the problem was due to a faulty power control board. The board was probably damaged during a recent power surge in our area. They did not have a replacement board with them, but made arrangements to get a board from another team that was in the area. I appreciated this extra effort, because I did not want to be without a refrigerator an additional day.

I scheduled the appointment for them to make the repair over the internet, which was so easy and convenient. They called to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. They gave us a two hour window as to when they would be here. I have not had any problems at all with my microwave as they had it up and running on the spot. There was no cost to me as it was covered under warranty.

They did get my dishwasher fixed and we haven't had any problems with it afterwards. The service guy explained what was wrong and what needed repaired, but it was such a headache getting the repair done. It took them 2 or 3 days to get the part they needed, but still needed another part, so I had to wait another 2 or 3 days before they finally repaired it. My dishwasher was under warranty.

I was pretty happy with them, even though they did not end up fixing my dishwasher. They told me it would save me a lot of money in the long run if I would just go buy a new one. I guess they were honest because they could have fixed my machine and charged me some outrageous price for it.

This was same day service as my call and that mattered a lot in this field. I didn t have a clue what the problem was and the repairman was excellent about explaining the problem. He did get it taken care of that day and the ice maker has worked well since. It was a nice and convenient service I was provided with. My refrigerator was under warranty.

They were able to fix the door, but the labor was totally ridiculous. It was way more expensive than the actual part. I would hire them again because of the convenience and professionalism of the company. They were very nice to me and they did show respect. I was just not too fond of the pricing I received. Overall, I would say that they are a good company.

This was very convenient and they sent their local dealer out a day or so later and took care of the fix. I really liked the way they treated me as a customer and even though this was under warranty they didn t drag their feet. The machine worked again and that is all I had asked for.

I called General Electric and they got me in touch with a local repairman who set an appointment for me to do the repairs. He explained that it would take a couple of days to get the new seal and then he would be out. He was very easy to communicate with and he showed up exactly when he said he would. My refrigerator was under warranty.

I called G. E. services to come and check out my oven and microwave. They came out at the time they had set and were very professional. The service man fixed everything very quickly and did a good job of explaining everything to me. The service was great but the brand was not. The guy had to replace the oven circuit board twice already.

GE Appliance Service was a joke. I called them and they came out right away. The serviceman only wiped down the coils with a wet rag and I even had to provide with the rag. I couldn't believe that they charged me this much for the work that they did. That is what I call robbery.

G.E. Appliance Services did a pretty good job fixing our refrigerator. We haven't had any problems with it since they did the repairs. I felt comfortable with the guys in my home. As far as the grade, I felt no one was perfect enough to get an "A". This repair was covered under my warranty.

The response was amazing. We had a technician at our house the next day. He brought all the necessary parts with him, so he did not have to make a special trip for parts. He already knew the problem and replaced the water lines in less than an hour. He did not scratch the floor moving the refrigerator, either. We have since hired GE to do other repairs for us, because of their excellent service.

I like how General Electric backs their appliances and I wouldn't buy any other brand. This repair was done under the service contract.

Overall they did a good job and showed up when they said they would. I feel they have good appliances. This repaired was done under warranty.

General Electric really stands behind their appliances. We have used them for years. They explained what was wrong with the dishwasher and what they did to fix it. We have had no problems since. They send the same service guy every time they come. He is very professional and polite. The work was done under warranty so there was no cost to me.

The GE man did a real good job, was very experienced and knew right away what was wrong with the washer. He was courteous and on time and he fixed the washer pretty quick. The washer was still under warranty and they were good about taking care of the warranty.

Well; I wouldn t buy another General Electric washer or dryer because I ve had a lot of problems with them. The repairman did an ok job, showed up on time and the price was reasonable. He got the job done fast and didn t make any mess.

Gary knew exactly what was wrong with the freezer and repaired it in no time at all. We think the General Electric Appliances are great and they ve never given us any big problems. Gary is a down to the earth type of guy and friendly. We ve recommended the company and he does real good work.

General Electric Company was great. They did a wonderful job. They fixed the stove quickly. They were very nice and respectful to us. They cleaned up their mess. Overall, I think they are a very honest and hard working company. This work was done under warranty.

General Electric Company provided very good service to us. We are new to the area and they treated us wonderfully. They were able to come right out and the serviceman let us know what needed to be done. They quoted us a price to fix the appliances and they stuck to it. They did not leave a mess. They were very respectful and good mannered workers. Our appliances work fine now and we are totally pleased.

THE ELEMENT HAD A TEN YEAR GUARANTEE, SO I GOT THAT FOR FREE. THEY CHARGED ME OVER $200 JUST FOR LABOR. THE JOB ONLY TOOK THEM 30 MINUTES. EVERYTHING ABOUT GENERAL ELECTRIC IS FINE EXCEPT THEIR OUTRAGEOUS PRICES.
